hmm, big black line extending from inside the well going straight up...? could it have been meidou zangetsuha, it would have swallowed up the horde of youkai and it's black?... it would have 'fixed' the well so it couldn't be used until it was repaired so that when kagome tuned fifteen she could fall into it and start the whole paradox. now i'm dizzy. . . i'm hoping for the happy ending (i hate suspense). just kidding, good chapter if not a bit depressing. ~ all the best! ginny

all of the posturing for kouga... i don't really understand why they don't tell kouga about the time travel, i would assume that he could be trusted in way especially since he came to appreciate yasha's contribution to his family. also they could ask him why he act as if it was unusual that kagome may still be alive after 500 years, maybe learn a way to keep her alive as long as yasha. (wondering if association with youkai can effect human life span just as youkai corporeal existence is affected by human association). . . i love the yash kouga interaction and explosive dynamic especially when it concerns kagome. ~ thank you, ginny

I am glad that it sounds like Inuyasha survives the destruction of the well since he fell through it as the youkai attacked. I knew Inuyasha would pump Kouga for as much information as he could about the incident. Kagome is not going to like Inuyasha going back without her though, even though it has to happen that way. I can't wait to see how it all works out and what Kagome thinks of the Japanese youkai settlements. I wonder if Inuyasha will try to create something like that in his new location. I am looking forward to where this story will go next.

Kouga just doesn't know when to stop needling Inuyasha does he. I like how Inuyasha and Kagome are getting around the 500 year gap with Kouga. Though he really did score a hit on the comment about kids. I hope you have a plan for Inuyasha's survival when the well blows up. Now that they know that children will die and the future changed Inuyasha has to save them, but I really don't want it to kill him. My personal guess is that this new ability to take an energy form will play a part in his survival. I bet Kagome will insist on getting pregnant before this happens just to make sure a part of Inuyasha survives with her. Then there is the Kagome dying of old age before Inuyasha that you have to deal with. I hope you can work it all out so they can be together as long as they both live. I am looking forward to seeing how you work it all out.

Hm…I wonder if they are ever gonna tell this older Koga about the well, and how everything he just told them didn't happen yet for them. Then again…being oblivious is bliss… great chapter again and I can't wait for the next!

I just finished reading through the whole series and I gotta say…I am hooked! I am DIEING (pun intended) to find out what happens to poor Inuyasha. I absolutely can't wait for you to post the next chapter! I am hoping that what happened is that Inuyasha jumped down the well at the last second with Kagome before it went KABOOM, but the way you have it now is very vague. Oh well…I can be patient to find out. Great chapter and post again soon!

Sesshomaru should have realized that Kouga would tell Inuyasha that info. I think he didn't want to tell Inuyasha himself but wanted him to find out and hopefully save himself to live. I like Misty and how she interacts with both human and youki. I really like how she deals with the non-aging thing, people will believe many things to not upset their world view. I have to admit I am getting more and more curious about how this is going to work out.

and that burst of power could be felt by youkai and beings with reiki for miles around... lovely chapter, the little youkai are becoming more and more corporeal and they are benevolent for the most part. Nice closure to the Kikyou problem. I really like the blessing that Kagome did so that it included Inuyasha's power and permission/protection of the little youki. Now they know they have a safe haven from any others that try to hurt them. It will be interesting to see how Sesshomaru's reaction when he comes for a visit and feels the power there. I also like the second half of the blessing since it shows how close Inuyasha and Kagome have become. I am looking forward to the continuation of this story.

Poor Inuyasha finally understanding Kagome's tests that he hated when she was in high school. Now he has to take them too. And then there is Susan who doesn't get that Inuyasha will never leave Kagome for another woman now that he has her. I think that Kagome would understand if she caught them together but she probably would not be happy about the situation. I can't wait to see how this all works out and I am curious on where they will decide to spend summer vacation, in Japan in the past or in America with Inuyasha's youki.

as long as fenn isn't like kaou the flower youkai in volume 47 of the manga... however, the girl is still a problem, is she really as you depicted her or is she just misunderstood? . . . interesting, curious as to what type youkai fenn actually is. . . you are prompt, entertaining and eloquent. ~ thank you, ginny
