I'm kind of disappointed that Kagome isn't finding any measure of happiness with Koga. It's going to make for a very unequal relationship when Inuyasha comes back into the picture. He's going to have loved and adored someone else, been with her physically, and had a child with her. That's going to cause Kagome to have significant trust issues if she's never loved anyone else. Plus, it sounds like you might be trying to keep her character virginal, and to be blunt, that's going to make things even more complicated emotionally for her. My suggestion would be to give her a past love interest besides Inuyasha that didn't work out (before meeting Koga) or to make her hold genuine affection/adoration for Koga. Plus, I would definitely give Kagome sexual experience before you have her hook up with Inuyasha. On a different note, you might want to consider getting a beta reader. There are some errors that need fixing and a beta would catch those. I'm really looking forward to seeing where you go with this. I'm enjoying the plotline quite a bit. ;) Best of luck!

I love this movie. I thought I was just being an idiot when I noticed the similarities at the beginning of your story, but thank God the A/N cleared that up. LOL. Even though it's based on KKHH, and the actors in that movie have their own style, you managed to portray each character as themselves, and not the same as the actors. It's very commendable. I've always thought of doing a fic based on a Bollywood movie, however the plots can get dramatic and complicated, so I backed off. KKHH is a classic, and it's not that complicated, so congrats on finding a suitable film. I really have enjoyed the story so far. And, even though I already know the ending and the rest of the story, I look forward to reading the rest! ~KC.

When I first came across this I admit I was dubious at how this was going to go as I'm not a Kikyo fan, but am all for giving anything a chance, so I must say am very pleasantly surprised. Love the story and how its coming along thus far. Should be interesting on how an eight yr. old goes bout her task of match making. Good story. Update when ya can! ;)

Wow! Fantastic story! I've rarely read a story that is pro Kikyo and Kagome. I usually don't like Kikyo but even though she 'won out' over Kagome she never wanted to hurt her and was concerned about hurting Inu & Kags' relationship. You really made her character someone to admire. Now there's so much suspense for me about Kagome. What has the last 10 years or so brought her? Did she marry? Does she have kids of her own? Is she happy or bitter? How will she react to hearing from Inuyasha's daughter? Surely it won't be so easy to get back into her life after Inuyasha unknowingly broke her heart. Looking forward to reading more!

Good chapter. I can't wait to see what little Kagome comes up with to get her father and big Kagome together. Inuyasha clearly still misses her, if the first word out of his mouth when the words "best friend" were mentioned was Kagome's last name.....even nearly ten years after he last saw or spoke to her. Both Inuyasha and his daughter are so SAD.....I really look forward to seeing all this work out. I can't wait for more!

great update... little kagome is so cute... glad that she asked help from izayoi & kaede... kaede would remember kagome higurashi from before... hope little kagome's birthday wish comes true... at least inuyasha still remembers his best friend kagome... wonder what plans little kagome will have... update when you can... please and thank you...

Nice update! I'm guessing big Kagome will be making her appearance in the next chapter or does little Kaggie still have some planning to do? Either way I can't wait to see what you do with this. And InuYasha so should have said 'sexy' in response to the word granny like Rahul did. But I liked the apple/orange thing too..that was cute. Till next chapter :) ~Amber.

I got curious about the movie this is based on so I went out and bought it...and WOW, I gotta say, 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai' is great. I used to have this thing about foreign movies and musicals when I was little, I loved them..and this was comprised of both! So thanks for indirectly suggesting the movie to me. Also, I am so glad this story is not the movie verbatim. I can already see how you're deviating from it, especially since you covered half the movie in just the first four chapters. The characters and everything fit beautifully with the storyline and I can't wait to see what you do with it. :) ~Amber
