I was just rereading this the other day and hoping you hadn't left off writing it, and now this. Wow. It's just ... wow. That's all I can say. It was worth waiting for.

And don't worry about the OC's. Sometimes, a story just needs them, and as long as you avoid writing Mary Sue, it's usually OK (fwiw, I was worried at first that Aya would be a MS, but you seem to have avoided that trap quite nicely). The only criticism I could have is that the character's ways of expressing themselves seem a bit uniform (ie sengoku Sesshoumaru would probably never think "Great", that's just too modern), but they are still very in character, which is a refreshing change from most fanfics (same example, I can so see him thinking that his hand now stinks of hanyou ;).
More, soon, please. Should I cut and paste that a few more times?
Bonus review: I really liked your Yuka story too. I look forward to seeing more of them. Dating can be such a nightmare, and I think I may actually know Luke *grin*. |

This was always my fav chapter. This used to be in fanfic though you never updated it anymore.
What's that thing you mentioned earlier about giving children free something bought by the govt?
Also, is the chapter titles here diferent? i seem to have aproblem matching them up. I can't remember where I left off. I guess I'll be rereading then.

What's taking so long? When you put out that side story...which by the way was halarious...wrong on so many levels, but never the less, hilarious...you said the chapter was almost done. It's been a couple weeks since then, and still no update!! I absolutely love your fic!!!!!!!!! This and "Present Time" are tied for first in my book!!!! (2 completely different stories so I couldn't choose ^^;;) I just recently really got into Sess/Kag fics (I used to think they were evil.....) but it's stories like this that are keeping me hooked!!!!!! I wanted to ask you something though.....I'm writing my own story(hence the name "Inu-ona"....) & hopefully will get around to posting it sometime *sweatdrop*..... but I wanted to know if I could use the fighting style you gave Kagome....... I already had something like it in mind, but it was still fuzzy... but yours would be perfect!!! I'll give you credit and everything and definetly recommend your fic in the AN's (I was going to anyway but...yeah...) but I wanted to ask you first. The story isn't anything like yours, its not even a sess/kag fic, I just wanted to use the style. so please e-mail me (Nikiloo6@aol.com)and give me your answer:D!!!

Great story definitely one of the best i've read lately.
Have to say i really love the soundtrack. I was hestitant to even look at your soundtrack page because all the fics I read the author's are all about the mediocre generic music you get to listen to while shopping at sears (ie savage garden, michelle branch, bryan adams, and their ilk). So out of purely morbid curiousity I decided to check out your page and I was pleasantly surprised to see you have cool taste in music as well as anime. And now i look forward not only to the next chapter, but to the next song you select as well. |
