I don't know how I missed this story before, but I'm glad I found it now. (I'm also glad you've been updating it.) Extremely well written, with a believable Vegeta. I can't even hate Chichi too much - most of her complaints are valid, although her methods stank. I like the complicated weaving plot running through this. Your characterization is good. Looking forward to Goku and Vegeta finally getting together. Why do I think Vegeta is going to go into an explosive rage at some point? *g* Well done, and looking forward to your next update.

Good stuff! Oh, and don't get upset about the ratings, please. I'm unnaturally brutal about spelling and grammar. Though this is story is more grammatically sound than most, there are still a few nagging misspellings and grammatical errors. However, I will give you a huge HUGE kudos on your wording in most cases. You do a great job of showing the intellectual depth of the characters. Sometimes, though, it feels as if a thesaurus threw up all over your story. I know you don't want to use the same words all the time, but you may want to steer clear of some of the more obscure terms that you're not incredibly familiar with. Overall, the plot is creative and captivating (honestly, I've rushed home from class the past 2 days just so I could get to the computer first and read this story). You've done an EXCELLENT job of keeping both Vegeta and Goku in character. In fact, I'm so impressed with this story that I'm even willing to overlook my one pet peeve*! So keep up the good work. Genius are often shy people. I'm a shy person but I don't fit this description, neither I'm saying you are a genius... but you certainly are something, 'cause you're able to make readers actually feel the emotions of the characters as few fic writers do. When I read the chapter where Chichi leaves Goku I almost cried along with him. Definitely you shall not be afraid of showing your work to the public, we are worthy reading good fics like this one.
I'm looking forward the next chapter hopping it won't take long to get to my eager hands.
PS: Please forgive any mistakes I may have done, english is not my native language... even if it had improved greatly after a year working with some foreign students.
