Actually I hadn't known what to expect when I read the summary but then again I hadn't figured that it was a fantasy fic either. It's interesting. I liked the detail that you put into the fight scenes and the use of both angst and guilt. The whole WuFei wanting Duo...although not something that I'm into also spices the plot up, though it may be a little muddled...but that is probably just because it's still early in the fic. The passage of time/ shifts in POV take some getting used to but they seemed a little hard to keep straight. I can't really say how that can be remedied though, because it does seem to fit simply because it has such varied perspectives and the 'unsolved' quality. Oh and you have some discrepencies as to the power issues (they keep using the elevator but there is no power) and a few minor inconsistancies but they are all easily overlooked. Just make sure not to put too much into the plot twists, there should be only one main story line that you focus on and only minimal subplots. So far I think that you are doing a very good job and I hope to read more soon.
