So when do we find out what horrible thing happened to Rin to make Fluffy so bitter? Or did she just get left behing in the feudal era? I love Kagome's mom and grampa. They rock, particularly when dealing with demons.

The man with true sight and his wife with no imagination was beautiful. Have you ever read anything by Charles de Lint? If not, go and pick up Someplace To Be Flying. Magic and anciet beings living side by side with the rest of us... I also love the Kagome's mom/ Sesshomaru relationship developing. So did Fluffy accidentally leave Rin back in the middle ages or something? If he couldn't go back for her, I suppose it would explain why Jaken is out of favor.

Wow! I was so excited to find an alert that a new chapter of this story had been written! I'd been a bit nervous that you'd abandoned it! Anyway, I really liked this chapter. Excellent imagery and much more structured in its style. Boy, poor Hojo, though. He's gonna get his ass kicked soon enough....

So...I guess I have to say, it's very well written. Although, I do have issues with his structure. Half the time, it's difficult to understand what in blue hell is going on. So much unexplained! I will take it that you haven't finished the story though and I am eager to see if you remedy this little problem.

So...I'm nowhere near finished with this fic but I must say I'm impressed...and a little jealous. Your portrayal of Tokyo and Japanese culture is flawless. As for the characters, Inu-Yasha is fantastic as is Kagome, though I noticed she seems to only play a small part. I'm eager to read what's left to come.
