I cannot begin to tell you how much I enjoyed this story. I just stumbled across this for the first time and I am so glad I did. You handled the sex both very realistically and very tastefully--something that in my short time reading Inuyasha fanfiction, I've discovered is very rare. And I love the fact that you saw that Kagome would have much more knowledge about sex than Inuyasha. I also loved the banter between the two, which really was both sexy, sweet, and hysterical to read. Great job, and please write more!

I know you wrote this fic a long time ago, but I just read it for the first time and enjoyed it, so I thought I'd review. I've been reading a lot of IY fic lately, but most of it isn't really quality stuff. Despite the fact that this is a PWP, you managed to make it very touching (no pun intended) and true to the personalities and relationship of the characters. I think you did a great job, and I eagerly went to look to see if you'd written more stuff. I guess I'll have to be happy with this, which is more than enough. Thank you for taking the time and effort to write it for our enjoyment.

I love this story and not just because it has sex involved in it. You've really captured both Inuyasha and Kagome's personality here, showing how much that Inuyasha is actually vulnerable. Kagome's the only one that can actually get to him and read him. I hope that you make a sequal to this and if you do I'll be reading and reviewing again.

Wow. Just wow. Your fic was visceral, sexy and true to the individuals within. It really doesn't get any better than this, and I've been reading and writing fanfiction for longer than I care to remember. I can only hope and pray that you find it in your heart to write a sequel. If not for your readers, then for Inuyasha and Kagome themselves. The poor things.

At the end of your story you mention a sequel, is that still possible? I'm only curious because I really enjoyed your story and would like to see what happens next (especially since you write so well). I'm not pushing for a sequel, I just want to know if I should give up hope (since I'll admit that I occasionally check to see if you have posted anything new). If not, I would like to say thanks for such an enjoyable read!

SOOOOOO GOOD!!! OMG....and I loved the ending! I hope you write a sequel....but if you don't, please write more....you're awesome! I loved how Inu was so innocent about the whole sex issue and didn't know anything, even with instincts. I loved it! Keep writing!!!

First of al CONCRATULATIONS on winning IYF Second Quarter 2005 Best Lemon you deserved it. I really liked this story not only for the lemon but I screamed when InuYasha got caught in the act. And the level of humiliation that I felt was so profound that I actually had trouble reading any further for 5 min. I hope you do write a sequel (longer longer sequel with heeps of chapters) Ps: yes I'm being a selfish fan who only wants to read more.

a well-written one-shot lemon is hard to find. I'm not against PWP, but I like PwP (Porn WITH plot) more. And that's what this was. a nice balance of plot and lemon. characterization was a little off, but then, we never get any indication from the show about how much Inu of Kags would know about sex. that being said, you used what you had (Jap culture), and used it well. There's another good one-shot called 'fear of fear itself', where he's afraid to take Kags cause he's hanyou. a great story. even though they didn;t consumate the ordeal, it was a breaht of fresh air. Too many people forget that Kagome is still just a teenager having sex without protection in their stories. Teenager motherhood, here she comes! Lol, again, great.

is there a higher rating for this story? there should be. you know, i wondered for a moment while reading the opening if inuyasha would truely be that...innocent...to the knowledge of mating. but reading your description and the plot behind your words i realized how true it was. very well done. i don't think your characters are overly ooc, hardly at all really. also, it's humerous that you did an editorial on the story. very interesting. anyway, this is really a great story!!

Thank you for writing an intelligent story with well thought-out characters and believable situation. I was impressed with the storyline, your descriptive abilities, the story's resolution, but especially the fact that you had Inuyasha and Kagome acting within character and in an interesting way. Very, very readable. And I have to agree with other reviewers in that I'm hoping for a sequel, or even better if you make this a chapter of a bigger story. It reads like you have it in you!
