The police have chased a group of criminals all the way to the seaside, in where the criminals barracaded themselfs in a large, mysterious mansion called the Zimmer Estate. But once SWAT arrives in the mansion, they find the criminals dead and mangaled. Alex and the rest of the SWAT team are sent to investigate the Zimmer Estate, and they soon find out things are more complicated then it seems.
