I loved this story. Great job on capturing the characters emotions. I know you said that you were going to add an epilogue but it has been a long time since you posted, so I guess we can consider it complete as it is. Even though there are a few loose ends that could be tied up, the story could end where you left it. So thank you for the enjoyable story and not leaving it on a cliffhanger. |

Very nice chapter, I was almost in tears when Taro was having to choose between ending the evil and dying or living as its servant. This was definitely an original way to purify the jewel which I was very glad to see. I hope for a very happy ending for the family.

I'm really enjoying your story, but Inuyasha and Kagome have been through the 'it's okay if you don't want to be with me, I'll suffer alone' stage WAY to many times, both for it to be natural and still have precedent. You'd think they'd've got it the second or third time.

Damn! I had forgotten about this story! When I got the e-alert for the new chapter, it took me a while to reaquint myself with the storyline. It was well worth the year long wait! Oh yikes, this is hard... can't imagine how hard it had been to you. Arrrgghhh, I know it's needed on behalf of the plot but reading little Taro's suffering broke my heart. This is such a nice little fanfic! As much as I hate to say it, I understand when you can't get a grasp on what you want to write next, and it winds up becoming a very long time until you update. I did that with one of my stories, right at the end. Unfortunately, I'm doing it again, and some of my fans are none-too-happy. So don't worry about updating. I know how sometimes you feel obliged to the fans, but if they really like your work, then they'll stick around. ^_^ As for me, I'm going to fave this, so I know when there's an update. And perhaps I should go work on Choices rather than read fanfics... lol.

Who ever gives up on this fanfic are DORKS! Because this is an awesome fic. I love the drama and the fragile case InuYasha and Kagome's case is. Plus I just adore the son. Oh so obediant. Unliek that little brat Shippou I despise so much. HAhA I hope you are continueing the story. It just to good to end. Especially since you left it on a little cliff. And now I must just hang on and wait til the next foothole comes to take me to the end. lol Sorry the docs stocked me up on meds. I refuse to go to hospitals. So this is the result. HeeHeeHee. =D

You do not suck! I think it is always a wonderful gift when an author shares so you take whatever time you need (not like anyone can make someone be creative). I won't give up and in no way could I ever be ticked off...unless you abandon us So put any negative feelings aside and just do what you do when you can! There will be many of us here cheering you on! And even if it was just half a chapter, it was still wonderful to find out how Taro was doing. And Kagome. And InuYasha. And Rin. And even Sesshy...LOL! It is good to have the brothers getting along.

I do imagine how hard this part is going to be, specially to write down. Actually, I have a knot in my throat, and was trying hard to keep reading... can't imagine what next chapter will be. Take your time, don't push yourself, you are an excellent author and are going to get through this. Do not rush and do not worry, in my case I was not dissapointed and while waiting for this update, was enjoying re-reading "Making things right" and "Remembrance", so still kept reading you.
