Oh my, why did you always make Vegeta in such poor condition. Don't you feel sorry for him. Is it your punishment style for Vegeta evil past? But i like how Vegeta's attittude toward baby Trunks. So affectionate in his own way. And baby Trunks.... he is sound soooo adorable. I want to pinch his chubby cheek....XD

Great ending to a great story. Have to admit my favorite part of this chapter was when Vegeta chucked the rock at Bulma. I literally laughed out loud. I mean, if Vegeta's going to propose it can't be all mushy right? Looking forward to your new story. 3 months? :( Oh well I'm sure it will be worth the wait!!! Take care. |

*Bows before the almighty Darke* I think you are the only writer I have ever presented with 10's across the board. You are incredible. I can only dream of achieving a remotely similar grace with which you effortlessly seem to wield your words. Perhaps, this accounts for the agonizing lapses of time between updates. Regardless, every second of patience is well worth it. You capture the characters so flawlessly and add depths to their existence that even Mr. Toriyama neglected to do. This has been simply beautiful. Thank you for sharing your vision with us. |

Once again, you don't disappoint. These were two just wonderfully written chapters, really capturing the emotion of these intense characters. I'm so glad that Vegeta has once again placed his trust in Bulma, that whole part with the reconciliation was just beautiful. Sad to see the story ending, but they all have to end sometime I suppose. Great job as always. |

As gokusgirl said, a unexpected surprise! Your e-mail every chapter brings a smile to my face and to go 'wopdido!' and jump and dance.. well I would, if my mum wasn't 3 meters away ^^
As usual DA, I loved it. I want to say something profound and memorable, but there is nothing I can say execpt that I love this story. I don't want it to end, but it must I guess.

Continuing your usual superior caliber of writing,
once again you have provided us with just the right tone and emotion to bring the story just where it should be. We all want it to go on, as it is such an addicting read, but, as they say, all good things must come to an end. This has been a very satisfying story to read. You have such a wonderful writing style, not pretentious, but so real and intellegent without being wordy or florid. I am looking forward to the last chapter. (Just don't take too long!) Please write more, and often!

What an unexpected surprise!
I'm glad you updated...and I'm glad that Vegeta and Bulma have reconciled. You wrote their intimate moments very well and it was very funny about Vegeta confusing a carot diamond with an actual carrot...
Chichi is very annoying in this stroy, but you make her exactly what I would picture her in the normal DBZ line.
I'm saddened that seventeen will be the next chapter, but it's been a wonderful piece to read and I can't wait until you write more. Until next time...ja... |

Great update. For a while there Chichi was really starting to get on my nerves, and everyone elses for that matter. I can't believe that she had the nerve to mouth off like that in Bulma's house. Poor Veggie developed a taste for cat food? I think it's finally starting to dawn on Bulma that his life for a long time was a living hell. Vegeta is so messed up that he's still angry about having to wear that infamous pink shirt-lol!
Looks like Trunks is the only person that he will trust or seek help from. Can't wait to read what happens next!!! Great job Darke ^_^! |

This story is exceptional in every way. Darke Angelus brings a realness to characters and story that makes it addicting and satisfying to read. Written with such insight and intelligence, "Two Sides To A Story" nails us to our seats and has us panting and pining for more.

This is one intense chapter DA! I am glad that you are still updating ths wonderful fic! You know I have been making predictions on how this story is going to porgress and I NEVER get it right! It is wonderful to find a story that in not predictable, and it leaves you either worried, exicited, dismayed, or whatever until the next chapter! You're doing a great job, and I wonder how you will have Bulma & Vegeta interact with each other in the next chapter...update soon...or when you can...I know you're a busy little bee! :)

This chapter was fabulous. I thought you really captured a maniacal Vegeta very well and I especially liked Gohan's role in everything; the way his presence gave Vegeta the first spark of doubt and how Gohan had such trouble accepting the fact that he might have to kill Vegeta. It was all very well done. Of course, I loved the ending, seeing little baby Trunks help his daddy and Vegeta actually being grateful. Again, you got those emotions down so well. I can just see Vegeta kneeling in the dirt, bewildered and confused and then... remorseful. *sigh* Might have to reread some of this story while I wait for an update, I just love it so much. :) |

OMG There are no words to describe how I'm feeling after reading this chap. The fight scenes between V/G were so intense as well as heartbreaking. The last thing Gohan wanted to do was hurt Vegeta. You could almost feel the emotional conflict he was going thru. Finally that bastard doctor is dead. Using baby Trunks to bring Vegeta around was sheer genious. Absolutely amazing is all I can say. Now maybe B/V can start to repair their relationship, although that's gonna be a tough road ahead. Bravo for this incredible chapter. |
