this is a great story so far and i hope you update it soon. i feel sorry for inuyasha being trapped 500 years in the future, will he meet any of his friends or allies that he knew before (kouga, shippo, sess, ginta, hakau, ect)

Sorry that it's taken me so long to review. I've been caught up in various projects and lost track of time. I have to say that I like how you're not afraid to use violence and tragedy in a story where needed. A lot of people tend to pussyfoot around the fact that when dealing with demons, there's going to be deaths. Most of them aren't going to be pretty either. I think you illustrated that well in Grandfather's death. I'm looking forward to seeing what you have in store for us next.

I don't know how I missed this new chapter, but I'm sure glad I found it! Maybe I only had the alert for it up on Fichaven. I'll fix that. ^_^ Anyway, this was a wonderful follow-up to the last one. I liked the way poor old Gramps had be killed. (That doesn't sound right! LOL!) what I mean is, I liked the bit about how the kitsune could keep him alive in the flames, feeding off of his and everyone else's agony and misery. It made sense. I'm glad Botan let him speak to Kagome, and I was surprised by what he said about Hiei. YAY! Hey, as Hiei said, once he picks a side, he sticks with it, -- he chose Kagome, so his love and loyalty will only grow. That's what I like about him, -- he doesn't waver. But, with Kagome's past experiences, it may be difficult for her to believe in that, ne? Have I mentioned how very much I like the idea of them all finding out more about Youko's nature? He's not a sweetie. LOL! Poor, poor Hojo. Even if he wasn't really insane, knowing what he did may make him that way. I liked Inuyasha's insistence on staying with Kagome and her mother. It just makes sense. And I can't wait to see the outcome of this confrontation between the police and Hiei. Your chapters are always worth waiting for. ^_^ And did you say, "lemon?" Yum!

Awesome chapters. Update again soon. Can't wait to see how they defeat the Mae and how Hiei helps Kagome with the lose of grandfathe. Also what happens with Hojou.
