I am so enjoying this story and cant wait for your next chapter. I love how you did the Inuyasha, Sesshoumaru relationship and have Kagome outspoken not meak and meeger and Inuyasha loving her for it was perfect! I cant waint until you next chapter!

My, it's certainly rare to find a decent inu/kag fic these days, much less a historical, realistic and semi-in-character one. Kagome and Inuyasha are different, but only in how the Tokugawa period would have affected their behavior. I'm so glad you didn't turn Inuyasha into a experienced playboy or a social butterfly, and Kagome was outspoken but balanced. I really enjoyed reading it; I've read some other stories by you before and liked them, but something in this one compelled me to review (which I am ashamed to admit I don't do very often). The only thing I can say to make your fic better is to watch the modern day idioms--the one I especially noticed in chapter 3 was that Inuyasha said all his product was up to "spec" which I don't think a craftsman from the Tokugawa period would say, but that just could be me. I think there might have been more but they slipped my mind. Anyway, keep up the uncliched work!

Sweet. I out of school today for winter break. Don't know about my grades yet. I like the new chapter. You've seemed to have given InuYasha more of a personality than you have in other chapters, I like it. You also seem to be implying something with all the carvings, no? And is the engraved box going to be for Kagome? I bet it is...either that or InuYasha has some explaining to do. LoL. Who is Sesshoumaru's wife and what is wrong with her? Love how the story is going along. Are you going to be getting into the main plot soon? I know you said you wanted long replies but this is full of questions, eh? Usually I can guess what'll be happening in a story, but yours seems to have me stumped. Congragulations. Can't wait 'till monday. Until then, ~Shadow

great chapter! kagome's still a little shy, but it looks like she's opening up a bit (*hinthint* is she gonna be like her old self at all? please? a little bit???) anyway, i know what you're talking about with the finals T-T. i just finished my finals yesterday, and i'm so relieved to be on christmas break!
