Again, you write Sango so cute, especially in the part where she holds Inu's hair back while he retches. Can anyone say: drinking buddy? [ignore me]. Anyway, Ed's alchemy affecting Inu's youki was pretty interesting. Is it because he uses that as energy(kind of how alchemists in Amestris used the life force of people on the other side of the gate)? Just a thought. I can't wait to see if Ed manages to open the well. Till next chappie! ~Amber

HA! . . . yes that will be some trip, in more ways than one. ~ If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense. Nothing would be what it is, because everything would be what it isn't. And contrary wise, what is, it wouldn't be. And what it wouldn't be, it would. You see? ~Alice in Wonderland~ intelligent, entertaining, humorous bordering hilarity, eloquently executed. ~ a pleasure, ginny

And it was everything I could've hoped for..they even fought! I wish there would've been a 'pipsqueak' comment, though. Then again, since Ed is more mature (and presumably taller now than in the series) he probably wouldn't react. :/ Oh well...I think you managed to get the Inu-tachi's characterizations perfect. Sango is so cute when she's curious! Lol. Till next chappie :) ~Amber

Reviewed By: kokoronagomu [MediaMiner Member] On: July 22, 2008 10:47 CDT Comment/Review: i don't know... al is all uber sweet, quiet, level headed, polite and shy... kind of reminds me of hojo... more knowledgeable but just as bland. o.O . . . so either great uncle souta married another woman with the same name as the first wife or history has changed? one can't go back to reverse that. what's it all mean? is kagome going to continue to wear her seifuku and won't they be suspicious that she has no other clothes? (heck, if i was her mother i would have outfitted her in hiking boots, fatigues, and kevlar body armor as soon as she came back from the yura incident. most likely invested in some firepower and weapons training) . . . sing along: getting to know you, getting to know all about you. getting to like you, getting to hope you like me. getting to know you, putting it my way, but nicely, you are precisely, my cup of tea. (from 'the king and i' by oscar hammerstein) ... just ignore me. ~ *smiles*, ginny

Lol...I really thought this was gonna be the chapter where Ed and Inu meet! But I'm not totally dissapointed. Though it seemed like more of a filler Kagome finally got to meet her grandpa! And great-uncle of course. I 'awwwwed' when I got to the part about how Kaggie's great-aunt used to have candy for her and Souta when ever they came over. My great aunt used to do that! It brought back some really fond memories :) Also, the part about how history already changed (what with Kag's great-aunt dying earlier) caught my interest. I really wanna know what else changed for our little heroine. Till next chappie ~Amber

There'll be no one to sit Yash when he and Ed go at it. Cool. I feel bad for Kagome though. With all those guys leering at her she must feel like a peace of meat. :/ Great update though! ~Amber

Reviewed By: kokoronagomu [MediaMiner Member] On: July 20, 2008 18:09 CDT Comment/Review: nice save. all he had to do was show the 'mean man' the picture for the family resemblance. one hopes they can get her into the clothes of a miko so she is no longer a subject of leers. . . one wonders if the well's 'time portal' can become an 'inter-dimensional portal'... are they even theoretically related? . . . hey! she's meeting her seven year old great grampa! *chuckles* ~ thank you, ginny

I kinda feel bad for Souta though..it'd suck if they don't bring envy back or if they DO and envy can't transform. Ed really should have decked him :(...but anyways, nice update. I can't wait for our little golden-eyed boys to meet. It'll also be interesting to see how Kagome reacts to seeing her great-uncle in the feudal era. :) ~Amber

I'm surprised the brothers didn't sneak to the well when everyone fell asleep, though. That's such an ed/al thing to do. Then again..they are a little more mature now (well..al is..) but I'm still dying for the crossover part to begin. You're building up to it very nicely. I'm also loving how quickly you update. :) ~Amber

Reviewed By: kokoronagomu [MediaMiner Member] On: July 18, 2008 16:28 CDT Comment/Review: not too keen on a possibility of a triangle (almost strictly yash/kag) but the story is fascinating and i'm impressed by the abundance of research. you are a gifted and talented artist who mixes historical fact with the characters and elements from two series on your palette; painting with words to create a vivid reality in the readers' imaginations. involving, entertaining and addictive. ~ truly a pleasure, ginny __ p.s. sorry i haven't reviewed each chapter but apparently the alert feature on mediaminer is slacking off on its job and only alerting me on only a few of my favorites.

This story is, by far, really good and should have way more than just two reviews. And this is coming from someone who doesn't even like crossovers! But you have me captivated by your interesting tale. It's extremely well written and I can tell you've done a lot of research on it. As for the pairings, though I'm a huge Inu/Kag fan I can see Alp/Kag as their personalities are about as similar as InuYasha and Ed's and since you're using both pairings, that makes it DOUBLY interesting. A love triangle? I can't wait to read it. I also can't wait to see the hilarious arguments bound to happen when Ed and Inu butt heads. This is definetely going on my favorites list ;) ~Amber
