ANNNNNND the other shoe drops! So the Viscount appears...english
nobility has more names and titles than a person can shake a stick
at. Wonder how Jessa will feel when she finds out that "Devlin" is
the boy the MacDonnah wanted her married to...either that or I am
WWWAAAYYY off, which has happened before. Ashur better wake up and
smell the coffee before we wind up with all the makings of an
international incident! LOL I hope he is able to find and buy those
horses, it might be more important than he realizes.

Hmmm... I'm very suspicious of this new fellow. He could be an
undercover agent for Ian. Though given that Jessa only just called
the consulate and unwittingly alerted Ian to her location, it's
unlikely he can work that fast. Ashur is being pigheaded and
unkind, a little competition will be good for him. Though I think
Kells will definitely have something to say about this new fellow.

Another thing the Phillips men have in common, making decisions
regarding the pace or the existence of a budding mate relationship.
I guess sometimes you have to learn the hard way. The Duke is going
to be quite a persistent character I imagine especially if Ian has
gone through all this effort to kill Jessa's parents. The plot

I love it when I guess right...it doesn't happen very often. So
then, I also love how uncomfortable everyone gets with a budding
romance but that's just the sadist in me. Well, the MacDonnuh
"lost" the will and plans on marrying Jessa off to a pompus ass,
that aint gonna work, but Im sure he's gonna try. It will be fun
watching Ashur and the rest of the family ruining his plans. He's
just always been a creep, hasn't he.

Poor Jessa! She gets the kiss of a lifetime and then he starts
being all damn polite about it! And I myself am waiting for Ian to
get his was handed to him, it seems like a long time coming. Can't

Wow... I mean just... Wow. I did not see that coming so soon, I
can't wait to see Kyouhei/Ashur's perspective and motivation behind
the final scene. I'm also snickering a little, what is it with
Phillips men and their mates facing a body of water. He's made
t.h.e promise now, hopefully he will allow Jessa to be there for
him too. Now hopefully they get back to Kells before he goes
walkies. Great chapter Sue.

And the mystery deepens...I think they got rid of her parents to
clear the way for whom ever the MacDonnah wants married to Jessa so
he can have control over her and her inheiratance, but thats my
opinion. Here is a chance for Ashur to accru some major points with
Jessa, get her horses, cause you know the a$$holes are gonna sell
everything off...

Kells is officially the funniest and most adorable Purity
character. More so than Morio or Evan. He doesn't have to worry
about being good looking, he comes from very good stock. As for the
slowness of Ian in signing off, something is whispering to me that
he is not only behind all of this but that he wants to force Jessa
into an arranged marriage using the only world she's ever known as
leverage. Kyouhei is going to have to go to Europe isn't he? And
that's where all his father's friends are...sigh. I hope before
then he figures out that it's more than indigestion.

Aww I loved her surprise birthday party :) that was so sweet and
thoughtful of him to do. And that music box sounds gorgeous! And I
really feel jessa on spending hours by the pool and still being
pale... either that or a lobster. There is no in between lol and
that horse sounds beautiful... I hope Ashur finds her horse! That
is definitely a way to win points with her!

Better, much better Ashur. Now hopefully these two will begin their
slow dance into full blown "indigestion". Kells is definitely going

Well now, I guess Ashur can make the earth shake without his
youkai. LOL, an impromptu birthday party was just what was needed
and hiring Jessa as Kells nanny was a stroke of genius. I'm loving
where this is heading. I think Jessa was just what Ashur needed
too. They have a lot in common, don't cha think?

Finally!!! By golly he's got it lol. It's not as simple for him to
pay attention to things such as emotions. But he seems to to be
well into getting better. Hopefully she'll be able to stay in touch
with Carol so she has a friend outside of Asher. Poor doll though
what a great birthday, hopefully Asher remedies that
