When I realized that this chapter would have no Kagome or Sesshoumaru, I almost felt jipped. I wasn't. The only thing this chapter was lacking, other than my fav couple, was more Rin involvement... and some Depends undergarments for Jakken. *shudders* Loved the Sango and Miroku interaction! ^_^ (My second fav couple) Inuyasha was... a guy. *lol* I almost thought he was a dickhead-- he was damn close to being one! Sango helped redeem him. *lol* You have a unique touch for writing Kagome's mother. She has interesting views on life and tends have more humor in your stories than others. (I NEED to read that new fic of yours... she has another baby??? Who's the dad?!?!?) I just hope that if Kaede's li'l plan works... then Sesshoumaru won't get left behind!! :( *sniffles* Hold on to him, Kagome, and don't let him go!!! Wow. The Silmarillion sounds great! No, I'm a dork that's never read any of the books. (for shame!!!) I'm too busy reading fanfiction to read novels. I want to read the LOTR and anything taking place in Middle-Earth, though... *lol* Ohmygosh... are Kagome and Sesshoumaru going to help find jewels in this world as well??? *lmao* That is just TOO funny... but a destiny she is well suited for, ne? Is Kagome forever DOOMED to be a jewel detector?!?!?!? *heh* ^_~

lol...i can just picture kagome's mom going through the well and showing up behind inuyasha suddenly in a fire-y tower of wrath. ^-^ your summary of the tolkien book makes me want to read it.

I'm glad you got to looking in on the rest of the gang; good job showing their reactions to S & K's disappearance. You do go in for the icky details, don't you? (Jaken peed himself, ha!) Um, are Miroku and Sango going to at least try to dissuade Inuyasha from going after Naraku? It'll be a lot tougher without Kagome, to say the least, plus they'd need to find him..............Thanks for the synopsis of Silmarillion, it's been at least 10 years since I've read it. Hopefully you've covered all the necessary stuff for understanding your next chapter.

I loved this fic it is great there is a great plot and is not random. There charaters are not very OOC which is great. I like that you are taking this fic slow I don't see kagome as a sex crazed slut that would bang Sesshomaru just because he's hot. You have quite the talent for writing fanfictions. Keep up the good work. p.s. Can't wait to see the next chapter I hope you update very soon

I'm commenting a review you received recently. In it, they stated that they will stop reading if you keep writing "unrelevant" historical info. I hope you don't think me rude, Jeff, but I'm sure InuYasha would tell them something like... blow it out of their asses. Okay, he wouldn't say that. I would. *lol* I like the historical prospective you add to your stories. I liked that a lot in "Spring Fertility Festival." Your information is completely thurough. Though sometimes it can be... *ahem* detailed. At least you site your sources. Most people just throw in stuff and don't care what it means or where it came from. Personally, I find it facinating. As "they" said, some people really can be dense. If they truly can't stand it, then tell them to go read a poorly written PWP about Kagome going into heat again or something just as overdone; or better yet a modern Alternate Universe so they don't have to know any history at all. Don't let that comment bug you too much, okay? I hope my comments didn't offend you. I was just in a preachy mood, I suppose. Enjoy your time off from writing this story... I guess. *lol* I can't help it. I like this story a lot. So... guess I'll look forward to finding out you updated this in February. At least I have something to look forward to next month. ^_^

*sniffles* This chapter was sad. I had a feeling it might be... but I don't think I realized just HOW painful it was for Sesshoumaru. Kagome did what he could not... for him. 'Cause that's what friends do, sometimes. Hm. :) OOOoo, so they will head middle earth next? Neat. A prequel to the war of the ring and the hobbit. I haven't read the books (I know, I'm a loser), but I've seen the movies and the cartoon hobbit if it makes you feel better. No? I tried to go see The Return of the King multiple times during the holidays, but everytime I went it was sold out. BOOO!!! *sniff* I NEED to find out what happens! I feel the same way about your story. I will be looking forward to that update when February begins. ;) If you WANT to write about Inu and crew... then feel free. But I need my Sess fix. *heh* Take care! ^_^

Awww Feb. 2nd!? Two weeks!! Oh okay, it's alright, I guess. I really like this story and how they're going to different worlds. I love the confusion and the sense of growing maturity in this fan fic. Keep it up and review when you can! :)

ok...you've done the tech world thing and now your doing Middle Earth, but what about a world where magic and technology intertwine? Sort of like Cephiro from Rayearth maybe? i dunno...just a thought. So far this fic is extemly good and im really enjoying it. plz update soon! ^^

GREAT STORY!! I hope Kagome and Sesshy realize eachother's feelings soon. Seriously...sometimes people can be so dense *shakes head*. However, me and my friend, who read this fanfic, think that there is too much historical and unrelevant info in your chapters. We think we might stop reading it if the useless info keep going on...

MMmmm... now that's what I call a "taste" of what's to come. ^.~ *lol* I'm such a hentai... Seriously, I loved the tension in this chapter. Especially the grooming. Oh yeah. Thanks from this romance lover to you for writing it! ^_^ (I may have said before how I'm a hopeless romantic, hentai, angst addict, waff/sap lover, adrenaline junkie that likes being scared every once in a while-- it's no wonder InuYasha is one of my favorite series EVER!;) I look forward to the story in the NEXT chapter! :)
