Hey, they finally got some. I was wondering if you were going to get around to that soon. Nice job on this chapter. Things are afoot that involve Hiei, this is pleasing. I'm thrilled that you don't sacrifice the plot for the sex scenes, it makes the entire story that much more enjoyable. Great job, hope you feel better soon and have a happy holiday.

Lemme just say that this story is without a doubt... THE BEST I HAVE EVER READ.... this story has both character lines down perfectly and then some.... i have read every one of ur chapters and all of them are beautifully made and sclupted into a colage of words that must look like a supermodel.... First of all, thank you for your cliffhangers. From this day forward, anytime my readers curse me for being "the cliffhanger Queen," I'll know to whom they should rightfully hand that title. Damn... All joking aside, this story is one of the most remarkable I've read. I'm impressed with how well you've kept the InuYasha characters in character (I'm most familiar with IY), to the point that so far I've been able to distinguish and match each major reincarnation before his past life's identity was revealed. Not to mention you've used foreshadowing to brilliant effect. And you have no idea how grateful I am to the manga/anime purist in you. Not to fault those whose only references for their fanfics are Americanized, but it does little to stop my teeth from grinding while I read any story based on Viz-lations. I think, most importantly, you deserve credit for creating and maintaining such a complex storyline. It keeps you thinking always, but it never feels too busy or convoluted. It's paced evenly; the descriptions are beautiful but not too wordy; the dialogue itself is exception. My only two suggestions would be to watch the commas when separating dialogue and narrative, and to be careful about overusing certain words and phrases - "slanted" and "straightened her spine" caught my attention after a while. Otherwise though, this is a flawless fic, and believe me, I'm picky as all hell. I can't wait for your next update. Thank you so much for this incredible story. ^___^

Okay this is my first time reviewing your fic, but to be fair this is also the first time I've reviewed any fic. The originality and quality in your writing helped convinced me to stop being lazy and actaully get a membership, cause I don't want you to feel unappreciated then you might stop writing *gasp of horror* I have been reading your story for the past three months and I'm quite addicted. I've never been one to be inspired by gushing reviews but there honestly isn't anything in this fic that disappoints. Thanks again for this amazing story keep up the great work. :-)

By Any Other Name is a wonderful fic. It has grammar usage, spell check, and amazingly, even a plot! More authors like you are needed, trust me on that. And I'm well aware that to keep the mystery of the fic you can't really tell us to much about anything, but I just have to ask. Can you please, please, *please* have an explainer chapter, or in your bio? I've tried, I really have, but I'm so confused that after each chapter I just frown and go "Wait, wait...did I miss something? What's going on?" I know that this is pretty much desired, or maybe I'm, simply slow. If you could just at this point, explain pretty much everything that's happened so far without giving anything away, I would really appreciate it. Thank you for taking the time to write such a wonderful fic, and amazingly, keep all characters in character. But please, think about a explanation, I beg of you! aaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!! this was another GREAT chapter!! kouga's reaction to kurama tricking kagome was perfect! heheh i'm glad youko and kurama are admitting their feelings for kagome are more than originally intended..... god, the suspense around both kagome and kurama's true nature, and when they will truly learn about the other, is killing me!! i can't wait for more and i really hope for those ever-elusive extra hours in the day to come your way!! ^________^

i just read your latest chapter again. and let me just say "OH MY GOD!" i'm dying of suspense here. are you really going to udate by the next couple of days. it's what you said at the beginning of the chapter. please please please.
