Shippo! Glad to see him back! Great chapter - it will be interesting to see just what modern day Japan will be like with a violent nine-tailed kitsune wandering around looking for blood. I look forward to Shippo's reunion with Inyasha and Kagome!

That was an evil cliffhanger! But I'm still glad you updated. I can't believe Inuyasha didn't kill that stinking fox! And Shippou needs to be punished, not too hard though because after all he was just lonely when Inuyasha and Kagome left and he didn't have any other foxes to play with. Still she was a very bad choice and he should learn to recognize such things. Okay, I'm rambling.

I'm soooo glad Shippou is reunited with Inuyasha and Kagome. Now they all have to hunt down the 9-tail fox together, and I bet Inuyasha will bop Shippou repeatedly for being fooled by the 9-tail in the first place. Shippou was fooled by that tanaki (spelling?) a while back in the manga and Inuyasha lectured him then, but I can't wait to see how you have them react to this. Great job, as always. I love this story! ^_^

Wonderful! SoutasSister was right about this story, it's amazing. I thought your attention to detail was great and everyone was completely in character, which is hard to find these days. I'm fav-ing this story right away and I can't wait for the next update. See you at Z!

I'm so glad to see an update! Why didn't MMO send me notification?! Anyway, I liked this new chapter and the building suspense. I reread the last few chapters to get myself back up to speed with your story and enjoyed reading them again. Inbe seems to be very much aware of youkai and such, but does he *know* who Kagome and Inuyasha are (the protectors of the jewel and destroyers of Naraku)? Does he realize how powerful they are? I know Yasei doesn't realize yet what a powerful team Inu/Kag make in battle or understand that they have experience and practice in actual combat with 'unbeatable' youkai. I await the next chapter anxiously. Great story! ^_^

Wow - there may be a fairly noticable gap between chapters, but this is one of the few stories around that can get away with it. This is a superb piece of IY fanfiction, as good as anything else you'll find out there. The story is well-written, nicely paced and engaging. However there are a whole bunch of little touches that elevate this story to something truly worthwhile - your characterisation of Kagome's family in general (and Ji-chan in particular), your insertions of references to more modern Japanese history in a subtle manner, and the wonderful dynamic of the Inu/Kag relationship to cite just a few. I imagine there may be a bit of time to wait before future chapters, but it'll be worth it.

Thank goodness, another chapter! I reviewed this story before, but I'm just so happy to see a new chapter up that I just have to effuse a little here. Not all of the fanfics I follow give me this reaction - I can count on one hand the ones where I REALLY want to know what happens next, and this is definitely one. Keep writing! Ganbatte! Oh, and I have to say I'm happy you've written in the Yasei character - Inuyasha really needs someone around to bop on the head in times of stress....

Okay, that last chapter was a very evil point to leave off on, LOL...I'm torn between floating in a blissful, fluff-induced haze after the adorable scene with Kagome and Inuyasha in the tree, and being frustrated over the lack of resolve from the last scene. You really have manged to weave quite a tangled web with this plot! Shippo obviously has something to do with this mysterious, house possessing demon, but as of yet I can't figure out how. So I'm very curious to see what happens! Update as soon as you can! ^_^
