As set up chapters go, this one was very well executed. I very much enjoyed it, and it was fairly well believable. Hiei certainly is pliant to Kurama, isn't he?

Wow, Kazuya really jumped on that therapist bandwagon. I don't think I was expecting that to happen that quickly but it came across well. As you probably know by now, I love your writing and am willing (albeit slightly impatiently) to wait for you to have whatever it is in shape to your satisfaction. And I understand being up till OMG in the morning trying to get things whipped into shape. It was a good chapter and I know my daughter will be amused also ^_~

You captured a realistic homophobe in Hatanaka's personality. Sometimes you just gotta shake your head at the callousness that they unwittingly display. Hatanaka needs to die! What a bastard, tyring to do all all that stuff! Has the man no sense of gratitude? Die Hatanaka! He doesn't deserve Shiori, what a bastard. Would some one in the fic at least break his nose? Or perhaps another part of his body. hehe...Please update.

I'd say I'm sorry for not reviewing earlier, but that's a tad cliché. And...I just said it, didn't I? Oops. Anyway, this fic is an excellent read. I admit I don't know how Hatanaka acts in the manga and, as you said, he's not in a lot of the animé, so liberties are nice. I've never seen him so protective of Shuuichi-kun as he is here. Shiori is nicely "not peacemaker," and Hiei is properly protective as well as a suitable bastard when he has to be. Way to go on Kurama's weakness, by the way. Not too overdone, but not too light either. I love the last chapter. And the ones before it. And all that. Update soon!
