What happened to "promontory"? That was the three dollar vocab word of the day! Anyway, another great update. I see that you managed to find that "magical stopping point" on your own just fine. I told you that you could do it. I particuarly like how Inuyasha recognizes the differences between love in the Sengoku Jidai verses love in Kagome's time. I like the mental image your words lended to the village children playing swords and shouting "Tessaiga!" as they idolized Inuyasha. I also liked your reasoning for Kagome's insistance on wearing her school uniform. All very great ideas, and I'll be waiting to see where you're going with chapter 3.

Ah, InuYasha has gone to his mother's grave for some quiet reflection. Hehe, "getting soft..." Kagome's influence is showing and he knows it. He also doesn't seem too upset about it. ---- How sweet, Kagome is tickled pink over the kimono InuYasha had made for her in secret. Very WAFFy.

YES! you've updated! *jumps around the house like a crazy person* YAY! it was a GREAT chapter! inuyasha had that kimono MADE for kagome? awwwwwwwww that's so sweet! he IS going to be at the wedding right? I hope so, I can't wait to see(or read about) the look on his face when he sees her in it. yeah inuyasha's potty mouth was better in this one, don't get me wrong I know he says bad stuff a lot but i thought it was just a little much last time.(god forbid that he ever get's drunk)I can't wait to see what happens with houjou and eri(sorry if there spelled wrong, I have yet to use them in one of my fics)I think they'd make a cute couple ^_^ PLEASE update again soon! I was very happy to see that you added a new chapter, I love your writing style!! I like the way Inuyasha finds out about her feelings & i really like the idea he doesn't go confessing his love for her followed by a lemon. His reaction was much more in character for him. I hope it doesn't take as long for the next update. (but if it must take that long for the quality i will wait with little complaning)

Sueric sent me a link to read your Come Here Boy and what a pleasent surprise I got when there was more to read from you. Your style and voice, if you will, are very easy and enjoyable to read. The emotional depth you go into shows a well-rounded understanding of the human psyche and makes your characterization more realistic. I hope you will consider continuing this fic and update sometime soon. This is a great start and I suspect it will be an extremely enjoyable read as well as a wonderful learning experience for you. This was a very good start. I think you should definitely continue. ---- What a way for InuYasha to find out how Kagome feels about him...evesdropping! And upon hearing how strongly she feels, his remorse over every time he had inadvertantly hurt her in the past was agonizing. His sudden determination to fix things is just like him. His overconfidence is just one of the many traits that make us love our doggie-boy so much. ---- I have to wonder where he is off to...maybe to resolve things with Kikyo. --- Nice chapter!
