Kagome and Sesshomaru find themselves mates, and are not entirely opposed to the thought. Though once the Shikon Jewel becomes whole again Kagome is sent to her time period, and Sesshomaru doesn't know what to do without her. Miroku, Sango, and Shippo help him get back to her.
