That was so sweet! Such a good chapter... I really loved Sydnie pestering Bas about his crests. Now, does she have them? Must wait and see... After all, she is full youkai, right? So she might, but Belle was hanyou and had them... Interesting. I eagerly await the next wonderful chapter. Thank you! ~Kat

How sweet, she orders blankets for him to stay warm! Hmm...I really wish we knew what was plaquing her as well, but I also know that we will find out if it's meant to be, so I'm not too worried haha! Hmm...I wonder when this Cody guy will come; I'm anxious to see Bas in a fight and use his sword!!!

Wonderful. Your are so awesome. I totally enjoyed all of your stories. I could not leave the computer until I finished at least a couple of chapters. Love your writing and your character development. I am not one to read fics with original characters but I have made an exception with you. Keep writing I love your plots as well. Where do you get your ideas? Keep up the great work!

Just wanted to tell you what an amazing job you're doing w/ this fic. When Syd smiled at Bas at the end of this chapter I smiled w/ her. Thank you for giving her the opportunity for a genuine smile. I love all of the characters that you're created. However there is just something about Syd's that speaks to my soul. I'm am really enjoying this fic. I just reread bertha, and the original purity, and I think I'm going to start on meta again. Anywho, I hope you are having an amazingly blessed holiday season. Thank you for sharing. ~fute

Wonderful as always. I absolutely love the way you're able to combine the characters of the original series of Inuyasha into the story of completely new characters. As far as the person who went overboard on "critiquing" your work, don't take it to heart. Obviously someone needs to go back and look over some of the lessons taught in English courses. What they call bad grammar and what not is something that you can actually get away with in speech, since not everyone speeks 100% grammatically correct you can get away with having "poor grammar" in a speech context. I hope they didn't get you down about your work because if that many things confused them, then they obviously haven't read too many of your stories, or even paid much attention to what they were reading. You've done an awesome job with this story and every other one that you have written. When I see update messages in my inbox for your story I actually get excited and have to read it right away. Keep up the amazing work!

lol!!! when she goes "is it big or little" i was like... omg. she's about to make him blush like wildfire. lol... but she didn't mean it like that. but i thought it was funny... if i had been in the room i would have done a *snort! chuckle* kind of thing... lol... anyhow, another great chaper! love her damn curiosity! it's adorable! "what is it?...i dont want it... i just want to know what it is.." and then she's all no! dont take it away! adorable! will bas tell her more about gin? she doesn't have a mom :(... anyhow, loved it! have a good weekend!

Hi Sue, I just read some of the reviews and this is a response to those concerned over grammar errors. I just want you to know that your story is beautiful the way it is written. It is full of life, emotion, and humor. I LOVE IT !! My cat died yesterday (I lost his sister a month ago) and I needed this story. I needed this diversion ( and fuck the grammar!!). Now for all you reviewers who are concerned about the grammar errors and other critical error concerns in Sue\'s and other fanfiction writers stories: Although I am sure you do mean well, please ladies and gentlemen can we just kindly ignore these things and just enjoy the story as it was meant to be done. I am sure that for many of the writers, spelling can be challenging and a sensitive subject matter to them. My preference is to read a story full of emotion and creativity than one that is perfect in grammar and dry. Fanfiction writers put their heart and soul in their stories. These writers have the courage to post their stories for our enjoyment whether they can spell or not. That takes guts and I for one admire them. Let's appreciate them in our reviews. Hi sue, I read your instructions on the forum and it seems to work. thanks. This is a very nice story and I am glad you are reposting Torrent. I am also rereading Chronicles and Metamorphosis. Just never get tired of those two. Anyway, will you be touching on what happend to ryo's pup. Did he become a hunter like ryo and what happened to Belle's pup. Also I always love your story lines between inu and kag. Will you be following their fourth child's life adventures as you did their other three kids? . Just asking that's all. It would be interesting to know what happened in that 25 year gap since they were all babes. Well great story and thanks. J
