Aya and Yohji in a tense, dangerous situation, and you have me laughing my head off. I'm glad I found it again. What a wonderful game is WWAD, although Yohji's selection of time and place to discuss their relationship merits a wild and dangerous form of WWYD. Terrific update!

Damn, damn, damn! I got all excited thinking there was an update. This does, however, give me the chance to say how much I liked the Shakespeare quotes, Aya's updated work profile and his extra-crunchy ennui. Too many good bits for me to have any hope of recalling them all when I hit the review page.

Hi, I just found this--I read another shorter piece by you and thought I'd try another of your stories--and I really, really am enjoying this. It's funny, and yet, there's something very in-character about the boys, especially Aya--he manages to be sweet and yet completely off-putting and fucked up and I love it all. Hope to see the next chapter soon!

Argh! The sweetness, the tension and now the cliff-hanging uncertainty. (All of which is good, BTW). Such a lovely, hot, sweet start. Gorgeous playful dialogue. Dolt/agenda/'at least he hadn't assumed' one example of several hilarious throwaways. Also Yohji as cartoon playboy - hee! His declaration of love and Aya's reaction were just perfect. Am totally hooked on this!

"I hadn't realized the pouting took up so much brain capacity. I'll keep that in mind for the future." One of many wonderful Aya-lines. I loved the way you tracked their emotions through this - Aya just not getting the effect he has on Yohji, Yohji trying to pay Aya back for his pain until his heart won't let him any more. All so believable. I could keep reading this story forever.

This chapter was angsty and wonderful and I loved poor Omi's spit-take. Ken's hilarious! And now I'll just bask in the afterglow of the shocking but delicious ending to this chapter. Laf, I still can't believe Yoji's luck! :D

I love your screwed-up, feral Aya so much. Yohji is going to have a permanent "Huh?" expression on his face if this relationship continues. He seems pretty o.k. with that, though, so it's all good. I'm looking forward to The Conversation. Here's hoping Yohji holds Aya to his agreement. Ah, if only Ken were this flexible and quick on the uptake in canon. . .

I'm so glad there will be at least one more chapter, but I am greedy and hope for more than one. Absolutely delicious, but there still seems to be a gap in understanding to be resolved. Wonderful chapter!

I feel my reviews are inadequate to express how much I enjoy your writing. Lovely dense vocab, gorgeous rhythm, intense POV. Just great, really! Favourite bits in this 'romantic adversary' and coffee as a perfect 'food'. Tiny little phrases that express Yohji so clearly.

Well I'm glad your 'lack of discipline' means at least one more chapter. I'm really enjoying the ride. Lots of great lines. I laughed at Aya's 'because we were fucking' explanation. Omi finally made it into one of your stories too - the line about him being amiable was one of the best in the story. I hope chapters of this story continue to ambush you.

*HOT*. Woo hoo, I'm starting to think sex brings out Aya's personality in a *good* way. But could you please, please put a muzzle on Yoji ? The scene in the van, when he keeps pushing and pushing - I wanted to slap him myself and scream 'shut the fuck up and give the man some space'. Again, too many priceless lines to quote one by one: distance spitting, donut-cramming et al. One quibble: if Yoji is Slut-O-Sarus Rex, would't he have lube scattered everywhere, not *hand lotion* ? Also, please never ever use the word "wantonly" again, I have far too much respect for you for that. Overall, a solid 10 AND much sooner than last time, I am a happy gal!
