My favorite chapter yet. Now that we can finally understand what's going on with Rin and Sesshomaru, it's so refreshing to have something good happen to them. I'm--of course--nervous for the future between them, but I have a feeling that Sesshomaru will stop at nothing to protect her now that all feelings are out on the table. I was wondering how you were going to break Sesshomaru down enough so he would show his emotions, and I think the alcohol was beautifully done: still reserved, but now his chest has been cut open for Rin to see. Now I get to wonder how things are going to be patched up--I hope they will be--between Kagome and Rin. Like always, well done, and we are all very excited for the next chapter and absolutely willing to wait for it! |

So happy to see another update so soon! Great update, I love that we are unraveling some of the mystery behind Sesshoumaru. I was also so pleased that Kagome stayed for Inu. Those two kids really needed a break =) Can't wait to see where this goes. Update soon please =) |

Ooh, the part with Rin was so interesting! Sesshomaru is quite the character, isn't he? I'm just very glad she didn't walk out ^^ Thank you for another installment, and we are all eagerly awaiting another one! |

i just wanted to say that i started reading this story about a month ago and am so happy you've had the chance to update...the second i started reading this i was hooked..so creative and well written...a complete joy to read all around..thanks so much and keep up the good work |

You're a wonderful person. Like, seriously. I thought they would never even speak to each other again! It's funny how times flies, but every once and a while I still find myself coming back to read previous chapters. Your story is enticing, I rarely read and almost never favorite unfinished stories because I don't like reaching the last chapter when it isnt the end, only for the person to never update again, but your style of writing had me hooked from the beginning, and I can't help but say that I don't regret for a second favoriting this unfinished work of art! |

This story is so wonderful, and you are an amazing writer. I just sat and read all you have posted for this, and I am sufficiently hooked. You are easily one of the best authors I've read on this site. Please please please continue! I hope you have inspiration to update soon, because I'm just not sure how much longer I can go without knowing what happens next! :)

Your welcome! :-) I'm glad that you're posting again, I was a little worried for a while. But I certainly understand that you're busy with college. I'm glad that we just had a chapter where we could get into Inuyasha's mindset and see why he did what he did. Now, I'm just guessing here, but I am assuming that Inu/Kags will be working toward the same goal and will be crossing paths again. Keep writing! :-)

It's always a pleasure to return to this universe! =) I had to read back a few chapters to anchor myself once more, but once I did...damn. You always leave me wanting more!! LOL, so I assume I know the identity of Kobayashi (Sesshoumaru)? It fits, but at the same time...it doesn't, not quite. I look forward to seeing how that particular angle works out, LOL. And of course, the Inu/Kag/Koga triangle is heating up quite nicely! You write Inuyasha so well, the way he struggles with his temper, and then with his regret as he speaks to Kagome on the phone. Absolutely brilliant stuff!! This story is worthy of awards beyond all current measure, and I haveta say, it's a damn honor to have a chapter dedicated to me, even if only in part. This is one of the best fanfics I've ever read, hands down, and I absolutely cannot wait to see more! =)

Incredible chapter as always! This is like a really detailed murder novel, full of twists and plot turns and other things popping out at you that you'd never even expect! Im so glad you're still writing in it and I still get to enjoy reading it as a wind-down after all the homework and other school crap. Happy writing!
