Poor Sam no one will even try to listen and of course the irony is the one person in the world who'd more likely act first listen to her, InuYasha. She really needs to stand up for herself because until she does they will only continue to treat her as a child, more now then ever before.

You know, I almost, ALMOST cried in this last chapter! I understand what Kurt is doing, I just wish he'd give himself a chance with Sami. Hmm...I wonder what's going to happen next.

Okay now kurts being a dick. Eesh. I'm Still annoyed with bellaniece. Kichiro I understand even if I wish he would listen to sam. Me thinks kurt needs one on one with angry hanyou. After all inuyasha new kurt (sorta kinda) before he was kurt. Get it? Ah well. Here come the bloody weekend. Feh!

She finally makes it to him (with lovable Griffin in tow) and he rejects her. I wish Sam had just gone up and kissed him - that would've broken his resolve! Great.. so now that he did "reject" her - she'll start breaking down too. Will the angst ever end? :) Love it always! Thanks Sue, looking forward to more!

Kurt, Kurt, Kurt... Poor misguided, scared, wanna-be gallant Kurt... **shakes heads mournfully** The angst wagon roll through again...Damn, Sue, when Kurt snapped at Sam and she winced, I did, too. You just oughtta SEE my face--it's resembled a Bassett hound for longer than it should've. LOL! Kich...I just wanna HUG him then drug him (cuz we can't have him slashing up Kurt now, can we?). I foresee a lot of 1 on 1 convos with Mr. Angst Muffin #10. Eventually. After they get their fill of tenderizing him and instilling fear in him. I miss hearing from Sam's YV, too! She's tender like Gin's but a bit more no nonsense, too! I like her--it--um... Er, Sue, is a youkai or hanyou's Youkai Blood considered a he/she or and it?

Yay! He's taking Sami! Well, that's if they don't get caught in the act. (Not jinxing, not jinxing, NOT jinxing...) Am I wrong, Sue, that I actually laughed for a good minute when Ryo stomped off in a disgusted huff after his "battle" with Kurt? He's SO Inuyasha's son. Gin had me crying with laughter! I wonder if she's like that when she watches football? Eh, well... I'm glad she's tending to Kurt--pride be damned, homeboy's HURTING! This was just the chapter I needed after the last one. Kurt, I feel, will get his clout eventually. They're gonna pound on him for a while, tease him, then, one day in pure self-defense (unconsciously, like Kagome most likely), he's gonna zap one of 'em good. I can just SEE InuYasha LOL! Could be wrong...could be right...I just can't wait for the reunion! *fangirl squee**

It's so sad to see him with such a defeatist's attitude but the guilt is eating him up. Honestly, I'm surprised Kich didn't break ANOTHER rib; as a parent, I feel his pain--Belle's, too--blind rage and frustration, not WANTING to see the other side of the story, just wanting to go eye for eye, tooth for tooth over your loved one. It's a very honest portrayal of panetal fear and angst--you want to take it all away so that it never happened, you want your child avenged and to know that that would never EVER happen again, you want to wrap them up in bubble wrap and kept them under guard for heaven's sake! Still, knowing Sam and Kurt's side of things, her YV's pull/instinctive choice, their growing bond, knowing this from being on that end of the information trail, I'm more objective. Even if Kurt does loosen up on the morbidity of his thoughts, that "I ALREADY give up. Do with me what you will, but let me cross every T and dot every I first", most of the household is likely to warm up to him VERY slowly...well, Griffin, Cain, Sesshoumaru, Kagome and InuYasha (of all folks) notwithstanding (at least in my mind). Why do I see Evan jumping up and fussing a room full of folks soon? Eheh. maybe I need to just read more and find out. Great chappie! Off to read the next one. (I read SLOW, don't I, Sue?)
