I sure hope L and Light get together, I wanted that in the series too. Series was never the same after they killed off L, it should have been Misa that died! Good work!

Light's father makes me want to bash my head open. In fustration. It actually gives some insight as to the 'why' of Lights unstable mentality (according to the series that is). I always thought that it was the DeathNote that made him go beserk, but here you hint that some of the blame maybe in his home life. Always having to be the perfect son, setting examples, and set on a peddistood sooo high its no wonder that he cracked under the pressure. You make me want to rewatch the whole series with this bit of insight. I feel kinda stupid for no noticing it before. ^^' Gloriouse! As always im happy and egar to read, though I think the rest of mediaminer is asleep...All well ^^' Can't wait for the next chapter, so until then, ja!

Great plot, and it's great that it's hard to know what's coming next. I LOOOOOVE your humor!! This story is hilarious! Just a few small grammar/punctuation errors, but they are few and far between and don't damage the flow of the story. Excellent job keeping everyone in character, too. Keep it up! =)

Your my hero! Nobodys been updating really and I was starting to get serious withdraws ^^' I just about creamed myself when I saw you updated (im kidding of corse, that'd be a new level of opsessed *sp?* even for me!),but thats what I felt like doing regardless :p Wonderful, brillient, and enticing! Lights' really got his hands full when it comes to his father, and im starting to wonder if Misa (however annoying) will start to add her own mix of complications to Light's life. In regards to how your doing: AWSOME! for me anyway :) Cant wait till the next chapter, untill next time, Ja ne! XD

AWW OMGSH!! CUDDLING! And awesome limey action. I was surprised, yet not, at how soon the real yaoi started. Cuz they HAD been away from each other for a very long time.. so I guess it's logical that when they finally met up something momentous was gonna happen XD L's so cute when he thinks furiously like that. Even Light can tell, haha. But damn that was great! I just kinda feel bad for L, though, cuz he's pretty self-conscious, and he was wondering about Light's true intentions.. Strings attached, heehee. I like the part where Light was like "I never wanted to be friends, because I knew I'd always want more" or however that line went. I NEARLY DIED FROM A FANGIRL HEART ATTACK I was so happy XDD I want to know what happens when they wake up now! You know, the whole "morning after" thing. I hope L doesn't get freaked out (like he probably will).. I hope Light holds him close throughout the night :D L and Light cuddling is the cutest frickin thing EVER. Please update again whenever you have the time!

All I can say is, I love this story. You actually threw me for a loop this time. I thought all us readers were going to have to wait till a Ch25 came out for things to get this hot and steamy! I am pleasently surprized though, it flowed naturally and smooth while still keeping the charaters their respective selves with a few more, shall we say, hidden desires ;p Overall im one happy yaoi fan-girl whos been pleasontly blown away one again with a resounding BOOM! I'd take the porn any day. Though cookies sound pretty good right now.. LOL MATSUDA LIKES LIGHT!! That is the most horrendous and hilarious thing I've ever seen/heard. I feel so bad for Light XD But on a more serious note, jesus frickin christ it's getting dramatic! By the way, I love your style of writing. Like, you know how I said it takes great intelligence to write Death Note fanfics (unless it's just pointless smut, like a one-shot or something)? Well I enjoyed reading this chapter because it was EXTREMELY witty. But not too smart so that idiots like me would be lost :D The Battle of Minds at the end there with L and Light was like.. mind-blowing. Fast-paced, that is. And it's amusing how smart Light's dad is. Just now he's starting to figure out that there could potentially be something between L and Light!! OMGSH! And did that last line mean Light is going to go look for/try to stalk L?! Wow, Light must be pretty desperate to see L alone. But.. but maybe that's what L wanted him to do! Since they were both acting (somewhat), maybe L secretly wanted Light to follow after him! Haha, my favorite line from this chapter: "Observing Matsuda was like watching a two year old discover its toes." I wonder how Matsuda got onto the police force in the first place.. I'm so mean, haha. But omgsh! Near the beginning of the chapter, I totally thought Light didn't care about L anymore! But then later Light was thinking "IT WAS SO HARD IGNORING L!!" so I was satisfied. And then the reaffirmation of Light's intense attraction to L also made me very happy. But those weeks that Light and L spent away from each other before Light came back to headquarters.. Did L contemplate his relationship with Light during those weeks, like did he discover he would do anything if Light asked him to? Or did he just go into hiding and try to build up those walls around his heart (and mind) again so that Light would have a tough time knocking them down? Why does L think the desire they have for each other is so wrong?? Arg I want to know what happens in the next chapter!!~ Will it finally be the confrontation I've been waiting for my whole life?! Okay maybe not my whole life but.. I just really want to read the next chapter XP

Yaaay! Updates! XD My monitor died so I was story deprived for a couple of days. ^^' Once again you've blown me away with this wonderful, amazing story! Im always in a rush to get home from work to see if you've updated! I like the way you had Light referring to Misa as a prop, and right now that really is her main, how do I put this?, purpose? in the story other than a source of conflict. I give you kudos for making Lights dad out to be the very perceptive man that he is, though I thought he would go into denile about his son being gay as he did in the series with him being a kira suspect. But you paint a very plossible picture which is what I love most about this story, well done and looking forward to more!!!

Wow, you must've updated right after I wrote that review for last chapter, cuz I don't remember it being there, haha. But what the hell?! I thought Light totally wanted to get in L's pants! Just last chapter Light had a wet dream!! But now he's acting as manipulative as he was before he started lusting for L! Now he's like "it's all falling into place" and he's ignoring L! It makes me sad, cuz L's sad. But it's nice to know that Graham was there to make L feel a bit better. It's nice to know there are people who want to talk with you just for the sake of talking--but I'm sure L doesn't see Graham as a friend. especially when Graham tried to/succeeded in molesting him in front of Light, haha. Which reminds me again of what I was complaining about before. Where has the passion in the LightxL gone!? It seems that those 2 and a half weeks don't follow the saying "absence makes the heart grow fonder." AND I HATE MISA!! Now that she's also in the fic, and she already has the death note and Light knows it too, everything's gonna get more complicated. Poopy. I liked it better when it was just simple Light and L. Misa always complicates things, and she's an idiot, too.. Now this fic will drop a few IQ points just because she's in it!! Naw, I'm just kidding, I'm sure this fic will stay awesome =) Update again soon! I'll keep leaving awesome reviews if you keep putting up AWESOME chapters!

Wow. I must say, I've dealt with plenty of Death Note fanfictions before. It takes plenty of intelligence and balls to write a very witty--and canon!--fanfiction about Death Note (because it's a very complex series). But this story is creative and real, but also sticks to the story and every character is.. well, in character! No OOC here XD So I congratulate you on this exceptional fanfic and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE update as soon as you can!! I want to see how L and Light's relationship develops! I want L back, damn it~! Update soon and I'll give a much better review =]

Thank you for updating, with every chapter you story gets more addictive! Wonderful work, though I do feel bad that L is that bad at social interaction that he scares Masuda, though its kinda funny all the same. ^^' Cant wait for the next chapter, heres waiting and reviewing ;p

Superb! I very much enjoy the fact that L is in character. Most fics I've read either, or both, Light and L have been totally out of character. I can safly say this is the best Deathnote fic i've read, but that doesn't carry alot of weight since this is the first Deathnote fic i've botherd to read. ^^' It's not that I dont like Deathnote, Ive watched the entire series, but that none of the fanfics here have ever caught my intrest. Not only you captured said intrest, but you've held it there too! Wonderful job! You keep the characters in character and offer a plotline without anything totally outragouse that could, in theory, 'possably' happen in the realm of Deathnote and describe what would be going through the character's minds if it did. Beautifully written and compelling. Im one happy yaoi fan girl who cant wait for the next fantastic chapter, with my ever oozing praise, Passsing Reader XD
