Boo-boos not withstanding, I LOVED this update! Kagome seems like a smart girl, able to put two and two together fairly quickly and already not brush off what was presumably just a 'story' to start connecting the dots where Inuyasha was concerned. If those hairs standing up on her arms were any indication, then she already knew what he was about to say. Still, though, you just had to end it right there, didn't you? *smack* BUT you did keep your promise of the new update being on time, so I guess I'll let that cliffy go as well. Fabulous update! And I like your whole take on it, of the Fallen being sort of middle-ground, a lesser punishment for turning against heaven without getting cast down into hell, sort of like they're on probation so they can earn their wings back...at least figuratively. Not sure how Inuyasha would look with wings. Hmmm... But I love what you did with Kagome being a soul-mate. For a second there I thought it was going to be revealed that she was also a Fallen and just didn't know it, but so okay no, just a handpicked human soul-mate instead. That's good enough! Really looking forward to seeing her reaction to the news! |

Re reading as I forgot where I was last on in the story. it is now 11:30ish and I should have been in bed about an hour ago or at least trying to get into bed... But no I had to finish re reading... this story is just that good that I don't mind feeling like crap tomorrow when I work on my team project for uni. |

Yay, another update! Yes there were a few typos and other boo-boos, but I'll shoot those over as an e-mail so as not to waste time here. THIS box is meant to tell you only how much I love this story! I can't wait to see how Kagome takes it all in. Of course, if she has trouble believing them at first and thinking they must be deranged and making it all up, all Inuyasha has to do is lower that wall he'd put around his emotions to let her feel the link. It'll be kind of hard to ignore that, especially if they can actually straight up communicate with words telepathically. Then she'll have no choice but to believe him. How is the rest of her family doing? It was at night so presumably they all just went to sleep, and now waking up the next morning they just see Sango's note and think it's Kagome's and that she's at the library so no harm done? What about them falling asleep wherever they'd happened to be? Were they actually already in bed, perhaps? Does Sango's hand writing look enough like Kagome's? Maybe I'm reading too much into it, LOL. Well I'll worry about her family later, I want to see Kagome's reaction to what really happened and what is happening in the world around her! Keep up the awesome work! |
