So this Inuyasha did know Kagome at fifteen... But this Kagome didn't grow up in Tokyo or go through that well. Did something happen to make her forget, or is it some previous incarnation Inuyasha remembers? Yes! Another Update! I can see the stage being set for a bit of remorse from Kikyou. Interesting that she showed up at all. As always, I enjoyed this chapter and am hoping that you won't make us wait so long for the next update!

Score! Chapter from Fujifunmum! This piece didn't feel as "complete" as other chapters have. It seemed more like a bunch of scenes thrown together than a unified chapter, but they were all good ones. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I, too, hope for the illumination of Inuyasha's past.

The only reason i marked down on the origionality/creativity is because inu/kagome stories have happened before... but never quite like this. Nice story, keep it up. Vamps

This was an excellent chapter. I was particularly fond of the "demon database" and the manic possessiveness of the father to be. (Clyde was as paranoid as they came, always locking doors, checking windows and whatnot...he didn't even have the excuse of a looney demon on his heels) I feel that I am at a disticnt disadvantage when reading this well crafted fic, since I am not as familliar with this manga/anime as most of your readers. Thankfully, you write in a way that allows me to still really enjoy reading this story even if I don't have the requisite background on many of the characters and the original plot line. As a neophyte, I do have some questions that I hope you can answer. 1.) Is the position of MIKO hereditary? 2.) Is our hot little dog demon immortal or does he just have a very, very long life span. 3.) Is Kagome carrying more than one child (pup?) I know that on this question, I'll have to just be patient and wait. 4.) What place do dogs demons (and Mikos) hold in Japanese Mythology? On A side note, I really am impressed with your writing ability. YOu are able to totally change the tone and content of your work depending on the story and the timeline. In Dreams we dreamt instead, your writing style complimented the time period. It was reserved and subtle. This story certainly has one hell of an edge to it and is completely believable as an AU fic taking place in a tough town. Your characters are as hard as ten penny nails...and delightfully realisitc. So many lifetimes... Long-dead friends... Subtle, but sorrowful. An excellent contrast. So I guess Vegas isn't his home town so much as his more recent home town. ~ ~ ~ Oooooooh! Kagome's finding out that Inuyasha's been running around with all of her previous incarnations! He's so bus-ted!

Don't worry fluffy she is still writing. She was just part of that power outage. Things are just starting to get to normal for her. Okay now the real reason I am writing this. There was this question buring in the back of my mind and I can't stand it any longer! When does Kagome make InuYasha explain his "relationship" with Kikyo as well as his use of the word "pups"? Come on a little hint. *looking up with puppy-dog eyes and quivering lips*
