I've always been uncomfortable with this story. I'm just not comfortable writing hardcore. I tried it as an experiment, and it didn't work out well, so now I've done something I've always wanted to do with this story: rewrite it, massively. As before, the final battle has come and gone and Naraku has been defeated. Kikyo is gone and InuYasha and Kagome are together. Wait. Did I say Kikyo is gone?
