Gunnar's kinda an interesting guy... I mean, in Phantasm, he seemed like such a laid-back jokester, except for the (few) moments that he was completely serious. Now though, he seems to carry a few traits of the old Sesshomaru. He's incredibly prideful, and I see that he's a bit... I guess the best word would be conceited? After reading The Lesson, I can see where that might have come from. Interesting, though... Oh, and on your website forum, I take it posts over 1 year old are deleted? ...Great chapter(s), though, and I'm glad to see Griffin seems well on his way to accepting Isabelle as his mate. Write on ^^

Great chapter. I love hearing about Gunner's more colorful past. He comes off so stoic that one would think he spent his entire childhood in a library. I wonder if Gunner will find himself in very un-Gunner like situtuations when he finds his mate. It would be interesting to see the links he would go to to impress a woman, espeically since it seems he's never really had to work at getting anyone's attention. Also I've changed my name I used to be EVLONER.

Ahaha, oh wow, that's funny what Morio, Gunnar, and Mikio did. I would be busting up! I like how Sam questioned Griffin in this chapter; I also liked how he was the first to know that she wanted to be a hunter. Hmm...I wonder when Griffin will tell Isabelle about that student.

I keep trying to wrap my mind around this. At first, i thought it was his period of vulnerability but then I saw it was continuing. Seeing him so sick and weak is kinda sad. I kinda miss the cocky, kinda arrogant Gunsie, now. I saw your fanart of Gunnar on DeviantArt and he DOES look pretty feminine with strawberry blonde hair. Wanna talk about PRICELESS! Griffin asking, and I quote, "Who's she?" then "He's human," Griffin pointed out dubiously, "and he's . . . well, he looks like a woman." Three words in respnse to that, Sue... Help Me GAWD! I laughed till I emitted a rather masculine snort, startling 2 of my fellow PC lab neighbors. I'm STILL LMAO at the thought. You really have a knack for balancing drama, angst and humor in a real, believable way. Your writing is refreshing and never "status quo". And you never cease to keep me guessing. Anxiously awaiting your next chappie!

Sometimes you just can't say the right thing, and sometimes you could be the most articulate person in the world (demon or human) and would still seem to say the wrong thing. I guess, when they get things through to each other, it'll be a 'two wrongs make a right', but that could just be false like the phrase normally is. MAMORUZEN! Ilove him more than ever now, poor, sensitive little thing. The whole story about the thing with Gunnar's ears when he was littel totally reminds me of that whole story in Chronicles where InuYasha talks about his mother's father trying to cut his ears off. They're not a weakness, Gunnar! InuYasha's a hanyou, and he even kicked your grandfather's butt! Be strong!

Incase you don't post a chapter on the day I bleieve you said it was either your brother or your husbands birthday coming soon around the end of january I remember because mine is the 27th. I really liked that chapter. I think my favorite part was when you said that Gunnar had always known that Inuyasha had been there that night. I hope you update as soon as possible. I can't wait to see how Griffin reacts to Izzy's mother.Also, I hope you have a very enjoyable birthday! -jessie6491
