Time for a little update, perhaps ? Remember your loyal audience and have a little pity on those of us who have no life but wait for your stories... Oh yeah, nice line about Aya tears. Maybe I'll wind up pulling for Yoji on this one anyway...

oh wow great fic! three thumbs up, that is if i had another thumb. very confusing, in a good way. i never even thought i'd read through a fic with violent sex in it, but i did, not because i suddenly liked violent sex, but because it's well written and well thought out. not gratuitious at all, at least not to me since the sex scenes seem to me to be important to the story and the character development. what's more, this fic is funny (well, the humor bobs in between the angry and the thrilling), and has some of the wittiest one liners i've read in a fic for a long time. great job, looking forward to the next update.

Have I mentioned how much I love this story? Especially the whole originality factor. I couldn't (and still can't, really) figure out what was going on with Aya and Schwarz until the scene actually spelled it out, and I'm in flux trying to decide who Aya is going to end up with eventually. This isn't your everyday run-of-the-mill fanfic, and I love it to death. I love all your fics! Keep it up! :D

Guh. Getting more and more engrossing! Pretty interesting, watching the different layers to Aya and wondering how far Yohji can see into him.

I have so looked forward to this update, and my overwhelming response is simply wow! Poor Aya, so overwhelmed and with so much unfairly being demanded of him. Such a cruel call from Schuldig, but perhaps doing as Crawford demands is just what Aya needs after all. The richness of the hinted at back story and emotional depth into which you sweep us is incredible, spellbinding and all too addictive. It is going to be very hard waiting for the next chapter, but thank you so very much for this one.

Awesome story! Nice job building up to the inevitable Aya-is-Schwarz conclusion; it had me wondering. Can't wait till the next chappie! :P

Great stuff. Tense and vivid. Nice insights into the way Aya's mind works. Yohji, as ever, a delight. Can't wait to see where you're going with this.

Oooohhhh, very, *very* nice, the best chapter yet, nice sidebar dialogue (Omi: "if we're still alive tomorrow we can talk about team dynamics"). Can't wait to find out what's up with Manx and I'm *really* dying to know exactly how Aya made Crawford beg. More soon, please ???

heh...i always wondered where aya got his multiweapon training--like shooting down helicopters with a gatling gun (or whatever) mounted on the back of a jeep. the only training ever mentioned is katana training with shion in sendai. in fact, i've always wondered about ken's and yohji's training, as well. i mean, did kritiker force those weapons on them, or did they voluntarily choose them? did yohji do a lot of yo-yo-ing as a child? useless stuff that occupies my brainpan. i digress, though. aya and the quelling of the inner turmoil while outwardly always appearing cold and disdainful, professional...that was great. aya's all worried, and yet he seems like he's mastered the weapon. how can you feel like a part of the weapon if you haven't mastered it? got the guy right between the eyes, too. he and farf should have fierce celebratory sex. no? damn. you write so well, all your stuff is such a treat to read. i friended you on lj, btw. i'm not on a lot these days, but just so you know.

Damn it's a little weird to see Aya worked up and not just cool and proficient. But still kudos on the character development! Can't wait for the next installment!

Wow, I've been so looking forward to your return to this story and you sure didn't disappoint! I love the character interaction, Aya's getting into the necessary zone to take the shot, his and Yohji's mirror feelings about the uniform -- particularly as it applies to the other, Aya's stray thoughts about Crawford and anxiety - and what the thoughts and emotions reveal. All that in a tense, suspenseful setting. Wonderful!

On re-reading it just gets better: the 'scarred, skinny & deadly' Farf, and the 'it's all over between us Daddy' line to Crawford - now *that's* sacrilegious, LOVE it. Sorry folks, I'm not rooting for Yoji to come out ahead on this one, evil Aya is just too much fun to be tamed and Yoji deserves whatever the hell he gets - and it *will* be hell - for even trying.

Comment/Review:
Awww, poor Aya. Is it too predictable for me to be hoping that Yohji gets to kiss him all better? I liked your Scwartz interaction. Schuldig's voice is very amusing. Aya's in over his head, obviously, and watching him struggling is both compelling and painful.

Comment/Review:
Great story; complex characterizations, love the way Aya keeps flipping between one-dimensional nut case, pathetic soul and flat-out posessed. You're a good writer, one of the best out there; give us another installment soon, OK, so we have something to look forward to...? Please, please, pretty please ?

This is just so very, very good. I loved Crawford's meeting with Ran (and all of the implied back story), and Schuldig's conversation with Farfarello as well as his observations throughout. Best of all is the way you've mixed humor, a fascinating plot, angst, and making us care deeply for these characters. Poor Ran, I hope there is a happy ending possible for him.
