I appreciate the way you ended the story. It was raw emotion conflicting with, not pride persay, but certainly Vegeta's understood destiny. Besides, if there was a happy ending at that point, no one would have a sequal to look forward to. While the violent plot in your previous stories was well written, I've enjoyed your use of the character-driven scenario immensly. It shows your versatility as an author. Have you ever thought of tweaking a few details and sending in your longer pieces to a publishing company? Just because your loyal fans know where the story originated, doesn't mean it would be any less favorably received by the public in general. On the off chance I'll sound slightly fanatical (as all fans tend to do) I admit... I might have started looking for the sequal on a habitual basis, holding my breath in anticipation of the wonderful number 35 popping up when I load your author's page. Alas, I might pass out soon from lack of oxygen. Best of luck with those obnoxious muses!

GOD I LOVE YOU!!! You rock on the Vegeta/Bulma front! Perfect angsty goodness as usual, never a dull moment. I love the way you keep the characters "In Character" and the story line is amazingly original, and well written. And to think there'll be another installation eventually...WooHoo, something to definitely look forward to. I can't wait to see how the story develops with Vegeta possibly taking the "Universal Reigns." I'm dying to know how the orphaned Earthlings are going to make it in such violent alien galaxies, and exactly WHO are the survivors??? Keep up the awesome work, you NEVER disappoint!

my gosh, that was amazing, I didn't expect that, that chapter was so raw, you really depicted the characters well, I'm definitely looking forward to the sequel, there are so many different possibilities, just wow. You really portrayed Bulma's anguish well, I wonder how she will react in the sequel, just finding out about the loss of her planet, and then Vegeta leaving her. I'm also interested in your gohan and videl story

This was mind-numbing!!!!! I thought the ending was completely prfect for them. They won't budge, they're too proud, even knowing they will suffer for it. You are magnificent as per usual! I'm definitely going to wait for the sequel! Thank you for another amazing story!

I was almost expecting there to be a happy ending. But, I think its fitting, sometimes you need a story that makes you go :( I felt bad for Bulma cause she has nowhere to go and just Goku to watch over her. I bet you anything Vegeta will come back for her and she will have probably moved on. Its time she broke his heart! Nice job!

Holy shit. I actually found you. I've been looking for your stories "At Odds" and its companions for a while, but I could never remember what they were called. I've read most of your other DBZ stories and I have to say I like you. For this story alone I was a little disappointed that there wasn't a little more of the usual violence, but I maybe there will be more in the squeal. On the other hand, though, I liked that this was just a get together for B and V. You don't see many of those these days.

:( That conclusion was a lil' depressing since everyone loves a happy ending (glad to know there's a sequel though!). I've come to expect behaviour that from someone like Vegeta, but not in this instance... the way you made their relationship progress kinda made the ending all the more shocking. Now that I'm a little unnerved by this cliffhanger of sorts, I can't stress how much I await the sequel to this enough xD. I'll be checking your profile like a maniac for updates now :) PS: As for the Gohan and Videl fic, I'm strictly a V/B fan - so not really too keen on it at all I'm afraid; sorry. Anyhoo, seeya when the sequel comes :D

I really want to say what a "BASTARD" but i know that's who Vegeta was. Wow! I can't wait to read the next sequel. As far as Gohan and vidal write it. I still would like someone to write and please don't scream at me a vegeta and chichi story. runs before someone finds me. Wonderful job.

Oh! How could he just leave her like that? Well... we know how, but poor Bulma! Very nice job on this. I want more, yes, do hurry on the sequel! As for Gohan and Videl... *yawn* I'm sure it would be an equally fabulous story coming from you, but I am a B/V junkie and very rarely read anything else. I say, more B/V!
