I've read many fanfics, but only a few have become one of my favorites. This story is almost addicting, and I'm upset that you haven't written anything since 2004. The AU plot has been tried by others, but compared to your story they look like cheap imitations. One of the things I hate most while reading fanfics is OOCness, but even though there are moments I would have written differently, you've done a good job overall. So thanks for a good read.

This is such a fascinating story - one day, I'd love to know how it all ends but for now, I'm happy to say I enjoyed reading what you've written. The different perspectives worked rather well and it was always intriguing to read the same scene through different characters' eyes. The various threads of the story were woven together well - it felt like a new thread was added every time you introduced a new chapter but you were always obviously in control of the story as a whole.

I LOVE it. Please write more and fast,the suspence is killing me. It's twisted and dark and creepy beyond belief,yet it's believable. We get to see "Goku's" nasty side,yet he still holds all the beliefs that make him so good in DBZ. Vegeta is, there aren't words for Him. I'm a sap for happy endings, but Celipa NEEDS to bite it. Though Raditz should have a semi-happy ending. The Ou had better bite or I will seriously doubt your sanity, then again to write this in the first place you HAVE to be at least a little insane. I'm begging on my knees for MORE.

This is a review for the whole fanfiction you have up so far. I just wanna ask, you know how in the begining, Kakarotto reflects back on how he was captured three years ago by Vegeta? Well, in the later chapters of this fanfic, you mentioned Bardock had visions of what will come to pass, and in his visions, Kakarotto is ruling Vegeta-sei, so how come 3 years later, Kakarotto is still Vegeta's slave and not in the position of power??? I don't get it, could you explain?

I finally read all the chapters! I have to say, I've a few G/V AU's so far and this was not what I was expecting. There's an atmosphere here that's more sensual that what I read in some yaoi. It's got a sexiness that doesn't freak me out with the whole dominance-submissive thing but makes me actually care about the people involved. Romantic I guess is the word, even though there's none of that yaoi-kissy mush. The setting, the dialogue (you manage to make your dialogue descriptive of feelings and don't just throw it around to fill up a page). I like it that your story is so lush and emotional and that your Vegeta is so... so.... oooh he's good. I knew this story wasn't completed when I started it so I knew not to be disappointed when I got to the end here, so I guess I read each chapter more for the "feel" than for the plot. Even so, you really do plot! You arrange your world in a different way from most writers--I can't put my finger on it, but it's different, maybe slower but I like that. Negative comments--prologue was kinda boring but it had a "narrative voice" that worked. There's still a LOT of dialogue, and I'm a fan of "show us, don't tell us" but I'm learning to like dialogue a lot (Phantomscribe uses a whole lot and I like hers). Anyway, your talent is very plain--I felt it when I read Full Moon, and it's evident in this story too. If I were the one writing, I'd chop some dialogue and make the chapters a little shorter but you might lose some of your lushness that w |
