Wow. that is pretty good. But where's the next chapter? i need the next chapter! But you know what would make the story awsome? if instead of falling for Kagome Sess falls for an american girl named Lindsey. it would be a real good story then!Hehehehehe^_^ Later. //Whew.// You've a wonderfully descriptive style of writing, one that doesn't suffer from the brevity of dialogue you've cited. (And the details do not sabotage the cadence of the story, incidentally.) The passages recounting Sesshoumaru's acknowledgement of Kagome's love--the tender shoots taking firm root, and subsequently sprouting--elicited much delight in me. The easy acceptance of feelings, truths, that transcend the realm of intangibility and dreams into the firmer ground of reality seems quite abrupt--yet not improbable. I think Kagome one to follow her heart, and Sesshoumaru is... well, he is Sesshoumaru. (We should hope.) His brooding (nay!, dare I say lamenting? YES!) regarding the mortality of humans (two of the female variety, in particular): poignant, if intentionally gruff. There is a poem--a masterpiece--which reminds me, amoung sundry other things, of relationships such as those of Kagome & Sesshoumaru, Kagome & Inuyasha, Kaoru & Kenshin, et. al. To wit (an excerpt): "[When I pick you up] you cling to me hard, as if clinging could save us. I think you think I will never die, I think I exude to you the permanence of smoke or stars, even as my broken arms heal themselves around you." In conclusion: Post haste with the updates, Author-dear--please!

Its been a little while since I started reading this fic, so I just spent a very enjoyable hour or so catching up on the chapters you had posted.
*grins* The plot just gets more and more enjoyable. Certainly, I wouldnt worry about lack of speach. Personally I prefer it when dialogue is kept to a minimum, and the author shows us what the characters are thinking and feeling. I think you have the mix just about correct.
Things are certainly getting hot and steamy between Sess and Kag. Im afraid I still prefer Inuyasha to his big brother, but you are beginning to sway me to your way of thinking ^_^
Naraku looks like he is going to be a bit of a problem (again) in the near future. I really enjoyed him contemplating his offspring and awarding Kanna a smile even when he knew that it would be completely lost on her.
And my hat is off to you too for not posting at ff.net. I completely agree with you that ff.net need to publish the guidelines by which they work. At the moment it seems that what they pull and what they do not pull is left to the descretion of whoever is working at the time.
Keep writing, Im looking forward to more

^-^ Hi, I was surprised to find you on mm.org you know? But probably then it's normal for authors to have an account on here too. ah well. Anyway, don't worry if you're not good at dialogues, I think it's a thing that comes alone when it's the time. Like wheh you have the mood or something.
Being able to write good description is more important most of the time. Having a story full of dialogue and little description and thinking is boring.
Well, back to the chapter in question, you did an awesome job, I think. I like the way you're making Sesshoumaru and the trial is thoughts go on. I like Kagome's atitude too. She's so cute and nice. I'm waiting to see what's next. ^-^

*Rain is running down the halls beginning to slow down huffing and puffing for all she's worth with a very persistent inu taiyoukai still chasing her* Geeze...*huff* Doesn't..*puff* he ever..*huff, slows down greatly*..give up?..*puff, suddenly stops and collapses on the floor* Oh crap...Can't go on...

Yes! Sesshoumaru finally decided to admit to himself that he loves her! *grins* I like the inner thoughts/feelings style of writing, it gives you a better feel of the character ^^
And Crawford...yes, he's a Weiss bad guy. K is from Gravitation. He also does a voice on Love Hina...Kentarou? Keitaro's 'rival.' I have 3 of the 5 Weiss DVD's...I love the series ^^ WK has great actors *sighs* Seki *grins* He's also a main char. in Gravitation, and he's my Chichiri in Fushigi Yuugi, and Van from Esca ^^ He's in quite a few I love, actually...and he is adorable to boot! I love the interviews on the WK DVD's ^^ I didn't know that was Ayame, but it's been a while since I saw that, and I wasn't as familiar with his voice as I am now. I can pick them out all the time now, it seems! Kurama...Megumi Ogata, I LOVE her. I love the YYH music, namely the songs she sings ^^ Hiei's va, I love, but I really don't know anything about him :*(
