I just so mad with Cain. Talk about pot calling the kettle black. At least Kichiro wants and knows Belle as his mate & for heavens sake they were planning to be married only waiting for Belle to tell Cain. And about pups, well I think Kichiro loves them but he was doing telling they won't having just so that Cain will not kill himself. Cain won't even recognised Gin as his mate. Kichiro & Belle will make wonderful parents. I hope they will have pups after Cain comes to his senses. Yo ! just in case U think this is a criticism, its not. Your story is so realistic that I forgot the characters are not real. Keep up the wonderful work. Will watch patiently for updates.

Wow...harsh. It's not always good to go into a stressful conversation without pre-planning what you're going to say. In the heat of the moment, things often don't come out the way you mean and it gets taken the wrong way. Sometimes it amazes me how a comment, one simple little comment, when it comes from a particular person, how it goes straight to the heart, instantaneously shattering your percieved world. Mental shock and confusion. And once said, they can never be taken back. -- Nicely done!

Hey Sue, I love the new chapters that you have been writing, but I wanted to ask a question. How are you doing? I was just wandering because there wasn't an author's note and I became worried. Of course sometimes I worry too much but that's beside the point. It's just you were going through a whole lot a couple chapters ago and I was wondering if everything was okay. Is your husband's dad okay? I also hope your kids are doing okay and that they like being back in school again. I'm sorry I didn't take the time to ask you this earlier, but I know that you understand what a busy and stressful life is like. I just hope you and your family are okay and everything is going alright. By the way, don't worry at all about updating. Take as much time as you need to be with your family. They are more important than us by a long shot. I just wanted to ask of you one thing. Thank you for another awsome chapter! I wonder how long it's going to take Cain to figure out why they don't want pups. Cain's reaction was bad when he found out about Kich but I think Inuyasha is going to be worse when he learnd about Gin. Whew!

Oh this was sad but comforting in a way. So less than a month, Kich & Belle are going to get married? Yay! :) Interesting how Cain is dealing with things. I still wonder when Cain is going to know that Gin will need him forever. This is getting really better and better with each passing chapter!

::sigh:: Poor Cain, he really is having a bad day. He needs lots of hugs. "You're the last beautiful thing in my life, Gin. Are you going to leave me, too?" That line totally got me. All-in-all, a wonderful chapter... and Kich got off the front lawn! LoL

That was sad. Cain and Belle, they're losing each other in a way, but not entirely. One can't see the sacrifice the other is making for them. But things can be patched. I have faith in that.

Wow Sue! I am amazed and impressed! This chapter was so powerful. Such beautifully written prose. I think that line that Cain said about Gin being the last beautiful thing in his life will be sticking with me for awhile--It was most definitely my favorite!! I do hope that Cain realizes that he has a place and a reason in this world because I do hate to see people, or I guess I should just say living beings, suffer.
