kagomes mother looked at her. " you do know your not the only that can do this right" she said hoping she would let her go insted
" i know momma, but i wont be able to live with myself if you got hurt .. or never came back. plus i was the one born with the jewl in me that had to be for a reason"
her mom let out a sigh while lowering her head. " i know dear"

kagome stood up and walked over to her mom. " i love you but i have to do this"

" i love you too, see you soon" 'i hope'.

with that kagome made her way into her room. she layed down on her bed placing the jewl in both her hands over her heart. ' here goes nothing' gathering all her energy she pushed her soul into the jewl.

kagome's mother walked into her room, there on the bed layed a stone kagome with a hole where her heart should be. a trear excaped her eye. "please be safe my child"
