13 years have passed since the Geno Saurer incident, with the Backdraft's elimination team. The Backdraft Organization has been destroyed, but for a few warriors.
Kevin and Leena are married, with a 12-year old son, Mike. Brad and Naomi have a daughter of the same age.

However, a new evil arises, and ancient powers thought destroyed are awakened...
