aww! yey for his barber shop pole!! lol!! poor guy. i'd be the reason he has a complex. but i'm glad syd didn't laugh! she has *just* the right reaction. ;) great chapter!! loved it! i'm so glad he's got that off his chest! but he still needs to tell her bout his papa. although she already has her suspisions..

Oh wow. I love the development, the intamacy. Bas and Sydnie are just beautiful together. She's just what he needs and Bas, he tempers her I think. They're amazing together. So is it Ryo or Inuyasha trailing and protecting them from a distance? ~Curiosity kills cats everywhere, I just happen to be one of the lucky ones. ^_~

Aww...how cute...I feel sorry for Bas, although I did laugh lol...I knew Sydnie wouldn't mind though. Hmm...I wonder if they'll play this game again; and I hope she heard him call her his mate lol; by the way that you said she smiled, I take it she did lol.

Wonderful Chapter! Cant wait for the next. o.o but I keep wondering... when are we going to find out who Gin sent to follow them. I keep thinking its Ryomaru and then I think ooo could it be Inuyasha?

That was great! A plague on football and those who yell at the TV (it's not a two-way communication device. the little people on the other side can't hear you.) Was this written as a hint to your husband? I can't hear myself think during football season; Sydnie seemed to deal with it quite well though, only lonely and disappointed. At least she didn't run off, he might even have risked going after her during a commercial break. Keep updating, I love these stories and I can't wait to read the next chapter. Are you going to finish Phantasm before Torrent?

I agree with Sydnie's final thought; it's okay to play or to actually be [i]at[/i] the game watching football; but on the TV it's pointless lol. This chapter reminds me a lot of my dad when watching games; did you base it on how your husband yells and screams at the TV, Sue? Lol...great chapter, time for teaser!!!
