Comment/Review: Fantastic chap! I love the witty dialogue between the chars. I think my favorite lines were "his boyfriend's moods were known to change faster than one could say `bi-polar," and "I was half-asleep because somebody didn't give me much time to study about forty-thousand pages' worth of crap" Those had me rolling. I've had Turduckon before - they sell it in the grocery stores where I live (kinda expensive though). It is actually pretty good, except for the duck part. I don't like the wild gamey taste. And you have to be careful when cooking cause the outside can get thoroughly cooked to overdone while the inside's still a bit raw. Again, well done chapter. Looking forward to the next one.

Reviewed By: mel*soongwhoisfartoolazytosignin On: February 24, 2006 21:06 CST Comment/Review: First of all: I'm sorry I've never reviewed before, although I've been enjoying this fic very much these past few weeks. Your flawless grammar and spelling make this a pleasure to read, which is something I never take for granted in fanfiction (although that is probably a very hypocritical thing for me to say, since I'm no native English speaker). ....Now on to this chapter: I was going to beg for more SchuxYohji action, but luckily you fulfilled all my wishes already at the beginning of the chapter. ^_^ And unlike some other reviewer, I found Schu and Aya 'sucking face' very very hot. Yay, so happy! Now I'm really hoping for at least a little threesome action between Schu, Yohji and Aya, even if it's only temporary. Pretty please? The final pairing where the formerly depressed redhead is concerned is going to FarfxAya, right? Something else that made me very happy was the length of this chapter, the longer, the better, and all that ^_~

When my brothers and I get together, at some point we start reminiscing about the scars. and he's his own lunatic now? Just wonderful.

If you wanted to faux-science it, it would be most accurate to say that precogs (for example) show hyper-active ____ areas in their brain. In other words the levels of activity at rest and active would be higher over all than a regular person's in the portion of hte brain that controls that functionality. I'm not a neuro-psy though so I could be wrong about the feasibility of that. But in general the functions of most of the areas in the brain have been mapped out by science, and they're all used for different things. BUT! I enjoyed this chapter anyway and i'm totally enjoying the story, so I don't suppose it matters that much. I just couldn't let it pass because I see that statistic quoted so often I think people are starting to believe it....

Reviewed By: darkephoenix [MediaMiner Member] On: January 27, 2006 16:12 CST Comment/Review: Excellent. Nice descriptions of how PSI abilities work, though the percentages of brain usage are slightly off, not complaining mind you. Sooooo, Aya is going to chop the veggies with the katana?

Reviewed By: Omni-sama [MediaMiner Member] On: January 27, 2006 12:17 CST Comment/Review: So Aya will be the Sous Chef, eh? That'll be interesting. So are Farf and Aya going to be the ones paired up, I wonder... Hm. Like I said on the list, Farfsex isn't usually my thing. But he's sane here...and you might just convert me. ^_~

Reviewed By: Andartha_rasri On: January 27, 2006 05:11 CST Comment/Review: "..no one can sneak up on him, that he can actually match my speed if he wants or needs to, that he finds it amusing to be stabbed and/or shot but that he can avoid both if he wants to, no matter how small of a space he's in...And, of course, that he doesn't feel any pain." Sounds like the perfect list of required attributes for someone ruling a busy, crowded kitchen with lots of hot or sharp things about. Love this chapter. The game Schu and Farf play and how it slowed down over the years fits will with the way Schwarz in general has developed. Good and consisten description/explanation of PSI powers too. Never mind that now I want to see some Farf/Aya interaction very badly. This is a brilliant, wonderfully written story and I love it. Thank you!
