Hi, Ret Nuh. I remember following this fic, years ago, and enjoying
it so much! (I'm actually in the middle of re-reading it
right now.) The reason I am posting this now, is that I am
wondering if your muse is still active, and whether this story is
finished somewhere else. Because I personally felt that it only had
maybe two chapters, at most, to go before it could be wound up
satisfactorily; i.e.: Hikari's wedding. I understand if you lost
interest in it after writing for so long on the one subject. I just
wish for some... closure, I guess. Even if it is nothing more than
a quick post saying that it's completely dead and abandoned. Again,
this was a beautiful story, proving that everyday life can be
just as interesting, fascinating and compelling as the more
quickly-paced fics out there. Kudos and best wishes, T

Trust me when I say I've reread your fanfic quite a few times. I've never enjoyed a story such as this one. It's a story about the cast growing in character and life, the very reason I love this so much. Out of the blue I decide to read it again and slap to my face, a new chapter is up | Title: Mehr!

It's good to know that you are still alive and working on this story. A very good chapter by the way :P I'm sure most of the people who read your story, myself included, understand that real life takes precedence, and will happily await a new chapter, even if it takes a while. This has to be the best Evangelion fanfic that I have read so far, and I have read many, as well as one of the best fanfics overall that I have read. I have to say that this is one my all time favorite fanfictions i have ever read for Eva. Personally, I am a huge AsukaXShinji fan and i feel that you did an extraordinay job evolving their characters including the huge build up for each of the pilots to overcome their separate issues and ultimately find love. Very, very, very well done. It's taken me 3, or maybe is it 4 days to read the entirety of what you have up right now, and you aren't quite done yet. I think that this is probably one of the best Post-Third-Impact fics that I've read, and probably the least smuttiest of all of the M/X rated ones that I've read on this area. Your lemons(Smut), are tastefully done. Not to many of them that this is a lemon fic, but not so few as to seem out of place. That...and the fact that you only go so far into the scene and allow us to imagine somethings gives you a better style. I absolutely love what you're doing with the Chosen's Eva training, turning into useful things that they can do for fun. Although that's probably why Asuka's still pretty strong. I could go on forever with everything, but as I am laking both time and room, I should end this soon. I have seen a few grammer/spelling errors(I remember seeing a quite, when it should've been quiet.) Overall, a wonderful piece of work so far, just finish it.

Maybe not the best of chapters, but it was still quite entertaining and I don't know about other people but I laughed quite a bit at some parts. These chapters full of fluff work quite well for someone like me. I loved the WoW bashing, because I've seen how obsessive some people can get about it and the situation you described can be more common than it should be. Of course, WoW is only the figure head right now, it's not the only MMO type game that ruins lives these days... So, I'll be waiting for the next chapter while enjoying the fic. I wish I had more to say, but, there's nothing I could say that would make any difference, the fic is good as it is and I can't say that I want any changes in the writing style or the length or anything. Been waiting for an update to this one. Again I find everything to flow quite well and it reads very nice. Not much if anything to criticize on. I find the journey to this point to be enjoyable and fun. I'm looking forward to more.

This has to be one of the most original fan fictions of evangelion I have ever read. You have a good story by focusing on the children's life without the evas and the problems with everyday life, the best pairings aswell. The characters relationship with each other is perfect along how these characters do not seem OOC. I'm glad to hear that you have not abandoned this fic and look forward to future chapters. For a fan-fiction this good, waiting for new chapters will be worth it. and on a final note "Swim of Things" really is my favorite Fan-Fiction

I haven't abandoned this fic. Just been really busy these last few months and haven't felt like writing that much. I have started again and have half of the next chapter done so it is being worked on. I can't really say when the next chapter will come out though, too much stuff happening at one time right now for me to set a concrete date.

It's amusing that this is the first time I drop by at this site and I ran into this story. First time I ran into this on Darkscribes and there it only had 6 chapters I think and I really wanted to see more. When I ran into 33 chapters I knew that I really had a LOT of catching up to do right now. Personally I love this story, I'm just a sucker for this kind of mushy WAFF filled romance stories. I won't complain about OOC or anything like that, because that would be the most idiotic thing someone could do seeing as people do change in time and the way you worked on the characters certainly seems plausible. *laughs* I can definitely understand the rating, even if I mostly skip over the lemon parts (except when they're overtly sappy and romantic, I'm a sucker for romance stories, even though I'm a guy) Another thing I like about this whole thing is its length, good long stories are hard to find sometimes and me being the kind of person that likes to read, well, let's just say that even if short stories are good, they just can't compare with a good long story. Oh, I have to mention that I'm completely in agreement with your depiction of Kaworu, I think you're the only one that pulled that off really. Yes, he might have been all lovey dovey for real, but I believe that in the series he was intentionally attempting to screw with Shinji's head, especially knowing what he had to do do complete the mission or whatever his true intentions were. So, bonus points all around for that one. We may never know the truth, but Anno left a lot of things open for the fans specifically to have them come up with their own answers. All in all, I loved this whole thing so far and I can't wait to get more of it. Good luck to ya with all of your work and I hope to see more soon as this is one story that definitely deserves to be finished.
