Inuyasha or Kouga? Inuyasha or Kouga? That is gonna bug me till you update next. Hopefully that will be sooner rather than later. The one possibility I haven't seen anyone else mention though is that it might be demon Inuyasha. His demon side seems to be very nonverbal, and Inuyasha blackouts the time when he is that way. So why not just nock and then grab her with no explanation. It would be in character for that aspect of him. And while Kagome notices the physical differences, she is unaware of how dangerous that other form can be and has yet to even realize that he thinks differently when like that. The really sad thing is even if it is the demon side of Inuyasha, he might still be a bonehead about who his mate is afterwards because he won't remember kissing her.

Ay diosh, something told me not to read this chapter!! Jajaja no lie, when I saw that you had updated, I was soooooo hesitant about clicking the link! Goodness Kagome, have you no faith in your man?! And Gracious Inuyasha, could you be any more dense?? Ay anyways, I really hope that It's Yash she's kissing, because if it's not, then she had absolutely no reason to be upset at him for supposedly "messing around on her" I can't wait to read what happens next! Oh God, please please please please...let it not be Kouga that she is kissing...it would be cruel...no...YOU would be cruel as you are the master in this fics universe. This is a cruel cliff hanger, so in protest I will wait on the cliff until the next chapter....so there *stick tongue out*.

OKAY I have read this chapter over and over as if there is a hidden message that will give me some type of clue as to 1.who the heck was going crazy destroying furniture and 2.is it Inuyasha she is making out with or Kouga. The 1st one, I am absolutely clueless to. Is it a new character? I read SplendentGoddess' review and I don't really see how she drew that conclusion. Plus it says something about that person not being able to make it another day? whats that about? Ughh your story is seriously all i can think about! That says alot about your work. Okay and about #2, I have drawn the conlcusion that it must be Inuyasha because of that whole thing that Souta told Kagome about knowing when Nola is near because they're mates. When Kagome was about to go upstairs she sensed someone trying to call to her or something like that and since she and Inuyasha are mates it has to be him right? ONE MORE THING, people are saying that it must be Kouga because why would she wonder if Inuyasha would kidnap her, BUT you did write, that it was an incoherent thought so she might not have really meant it and it just popped into her mind. right? UGHHH please be Inuyasha, if it's Kouga I may not be able to sleep at night =]...

Wonderful chapter, I'm not going to flame you at all...unless it turns out to be Kouga at the end there, which I seriously doubt. It was obviously your desire to leave us all guessing, though, and for that I say Kudos. But I'm trying to break this thing down logically. She wouldn't react like that to Kouga, or at least I would certainly hope not, plus there was that whole Yuka asking her out clubbing thing when Kouga was talking with Yuka, so if he's planning on getting Kagome that way, why suddenly show up at the shrine out of nowhere? Plus that little anonymous blurb about "somebody" going bat-crazy to realize he was so close because somebody had moved, when they were just going to somebody's place to paint a family portrait? That was definitely Inuyasha's thoughts, and he just left the house to get some air, going roof-jumping, so he obviously picked up Kagome's scent and his feet brought him right to her. Pulling her so forcefully against himself like that makes sense because the idiot probably really did think it was going to kill him, until he realized his youkai blood was howling for joy, so maybe he has finally realized the obvious. Duh, Inuyasha! Oh, the first time I heard my blood speak to me was when I got in that fight with Ginta over the shit that happened to Kagome, then I went full-youkai and ran to her place to make sure she was really okay, but she couldn't possibly be my mate! LOL. It's a tad farfetched just how stupid Inuyasha really is being, I mean, who else did he think his blood was whispering "mine" about while lying in bed next to Kagome? But they are both damaged goods, so irrational behavior is to be expected, including Kagome's little freak-out right at the end there. All in all, I really love this chapter, and this whole damn story, for that matter.
