I knew I had read this! Wonderful story. I loved the tension and angst. I loved the feelings and emotions displayed by all characters. I cried at the gift from Sango and Miroku and I smiled at the vision of the pair in the tree; pregnant and in love. Excellent job all around!

one thing that's bothering me as the story becomes the usual "the girl is everything, don't hold your breathe until you have her because men don't mean anaything" in the first chapter it says kagome is marrying someone else, then how could kagome say all of this was for inuyasha. sure she's doing the project but was marrying someone else for inuyasha too? somehow the story became "inuyasha was stupid and kagome was right about everything" why couldn't the story be more about kagome trying to win his love instead of the usual "girls are more important so guys have to get down on their knees for affection" i liked that chapter of inuyasha breaking her heart, i think it was the lingering betrayl. in my opinion he shoudl've destoryed her very soul. inuyasha had to go through betrayl his whole life with kikyo and kagome. why can't kagome suffer oh yeah women are everything and men are nothing.

THAT WAS BEAUTIFUL THAT IM AT A LOSS OF WORDS........................SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!! THIS STORY HAD ME CRYING AND LAUGHING AND CRYING SOME MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I STARTED BAWLING EVEN MORE WHEN I READ THE PLAQUE THAT SANGO AND MIROKU LEFT FOR INUYASHA AND KAGOME!!! I THINK THE THREE STONE RING WAS PERFECT FOR THEM AFTER ALL THEY HAVE A LOVE THAT IS TRULY INSPIRING FOR THEIR LOVE WAS LITERALLY THE PAST PRESENT AND FUTURE..............AWWWW AT THAT I STARTED CRYING BECAUSE IT MADE ME WANT TO EXPERIENCE THAT TYPE OF LOVE.....LUCKY KAGOME AND INUYASHA...BUT AFTER ALL THEY WENT THROUGH THEY DEFINATLY DESERVED IT!!!!!!!!!!! A lovely and unique story. Your portrayal of the characters, past and present, was very believable, and I am always on the lookout for stories that develop Inuyasha's character WELL. A lot of good tension and emotion, and I liked that even though I knew (roughly) what had happened, I still felt a sense of discovery as Inuyasha and Kagome figured it out (and there were a few small surprises in there too). Plus, I'm also a sucker for a happy ending--especially after so much angst! I know you said this would probably be your only fanfic, but I would definitely read any more you wrote (especially if they're Inu/Kag!) Thanks for writing!

Well, I'm sorry I didn't review earlier, it's been some craziness lately, but finally I got some time to read your last four chapters. I did weep a little, but please don't feel bad about it. Your story made me feel, and that was very satisfying. I'm also sorry for making you nervous; it was not what I meant. I think the story had its deserved end, just as well structured as the rest of the story. Yes this answers my questions about the box. I am glad that Kagome and Inuyasha have such a great remembrance of their friends from the past. I am also glad that you wrote this story because it was a great story. If you have any other stories bugging you to set them to words you should go for it. The ending may have been cliche but things are cliche for a reason, they are true to character and life.

This was a fabulous fanfic and amazing in that it was your first one. Before you go crazy with worry about the ratings, I gave you a 5 for spelling and grammar because you consistently used words incorrectly, at least 2 per chapter. A dictionary will end that problem for you. They were spelled correctly, kudos for that! They were just used improperly. That said, it was a very minor thing and I gave you an overall rating of 10. It is very seldom that I read a fic that is truly unique in itself. This one flowed well, developed very well, and stayed true to the characters in the series. I hope you write more in the future. I look forward to anything your muse demands be shared with the world. Sincerely impressed. -TK

I can't say how much I've enjoyed this fic. After their ups and downs, they finally ended up together, truly happy. I loved the wedding gift that Miroku made for them and the inscription, and that Shippou actually kept it safe, sound, and secret for all of those years without letting it slip. He certainly grew up as well. It was nice to see them back in their tree to end it because somehow you know that everything will be okay - that if she's pregnant, she solved the mystery she was working so desperately on. Everything she had done ended up being for him - for them - in the end. Very nice job on a wonderful story. I do hope we see you get the urge to write again.

Well... it's (finally, I guess) the end to this story. I remember being in English class, bored as hell, and clicking this randomly... then immediately getting engrossed in it. So much that my partner (and best friend who knows my innate love for fanfic, anime and manga... o.O) had to whack me. Repeatedly. To get back to work.
