BUT I WAS BLOWN AWAY BY THE COMPLEXITY OF YOUR STORYLINE AND THE VIVIDNESS AND WONDERFUL PORTRAYAL OF THE CHARACTERS! (note my sheer love for you and this story due to the caps ;D) It took me two days to read.. as i had to tend to mundane, human necessities such as eating and sleeping. BAHH!! This has been the ABSOLUTE BEST Inuyasha fanfiction I have ever read.( And trust me, i've read a lot). To be honest, when i first started reading this fic, I thought that it didn't make sense because Kagome would be dealing with two Inuyashas from the past and present and should those two Inuyashas coexist in one era, well.. that would be simply impossible! Although, shunning this idea, I gave your story a chance by simply choosing to continue reading and by doing so i also realized a second problem in the earlier chapters (when Kags is sitting with Kaz on the tree and she brings about the idea of simply going back in time to resolve her problems with Inuyasha). While reading this i was thinking: YESS! Finally! Then all this confusion and miscommunication will be over and done with!)However, I was surprised that kagome did not go back through the well the following day and decided to attend the meeting where she surprisingly met Inuyasha of the future. Throughout the story i was thinking: "JUST GET DOWN THE WELL AND FIX THIS STUPID MESS KAGOME!!" but yet again you revealed in later chapers why Kagome did not alter the past because in doing so she would lose what she already had in her present life, meaning she would lose the modern inuyasha as well as cause hanyou babies to die and all that complex stuff! Inuyasha also said that he was a better person now that he's experienced years of loss, and that his younger self would not be able to take care of him the way his new self could. It was just so deep and complex! I loved it! You are a sheer genius in capturing not only Kagome's selflessness but also Kagome's torn and battered heart. I could honestly feel her despair radiating from your portrayal of her. And i'm utterly baffled at all the irony and heart-wrenching angst that this story possesses! I LOVE DRAMA/ANGST or any story that will ignite an emotion within me! I CRIED IN THIS STORY, UTTERLY BAWLED! You're brilliant! I love this story and it shall forever be in my heart! The complexity of it all~ WOW!The full circle of their fate! WOW! The fact that no matter how many times Inuyasha's heart is broken, (by himself, ironically, gahh ur a sheer genius!) he'll always find kagome again! WOWWOWWOW, YOU SERIOUSLY NEED TO BECOME A FULL FLEDGED WRITER. I LOVED THIS STORY SO MUCH! AS YOU ALREADY KNOW!! I hope you have time to read this super long comment. Sorry for abusing the CAPS button but hey, If a story is this good, CAPS will be at my mercy. Once again, Thankyou for this amazing story, and amazing character portrayals. You successfully kept all the characters IN-CHARACTER and i salute you for that because most authors fail to do so. Continue writing more please! You are very talented. Once again, I LOVE THIS STORY! There are just so many lines that made me want to cry. ahhhh i can't stop typing.. I was supposed to stop typing a while ago but ehhH! For the last time, I LOVE THIS STORY! I LOVE INUYASHA! BE REAL DAMMIT!! GAHHHH!!! OK I SHALL STOP SCARING YOU NOW WITH MY LOVEE. So long! Farewell! Goodbye~!

Comment/Review: I very much enjoyed this story and I am glad that you took the time to write it. While I must admit that I figured out at least some of how it would end in the first chapter I still loved it. I also think you stuck to the characters very well. I look forward to reading more from you!

Is it even possible for someone to write such a masterpiece on their first try? Unless you're lying, then yes, it is possible. There are so many things I want to say about this story, that I don't know where to start. You had me hooked from the very first sentence. I constantly had to tell myself to slow down and read carefully, because you didn't reveal everything at once. Slowly and skillfully you revealed more and more of the mystery, from both points of view, and I loved every minute of it. I must admit, I did predict what would happen in the end somewhere in the early chapters, but you kept me uncertain about it until the end. And between the start and the finish lurked incredible drama, amazing angst, and a twisted web of emotions that utterly ensnared me. Your characterizations of the characters were artfully done and entirely believable. I could taste Inuyasha and Kagome's bitterness, guilt, sorrow, longing, and the rest of the plethora of emotions you portrayed in amazing detail. Your grammar and spelling were flawless, and your writing style highly polished. If I hadn't read your bio, I would have guessed you were a writer by profession. Finally, this may sound simple, but this story was just incredibly fun to read, something I don't get to say that often. The only demi-criticism I have is that I would have liked to see a lemon. I am sure that if you had written one, it would have turned out as graceful and artistically done as the rest of the story. But I respect your decision to leave it out; after all, innuendo is almost as good ;) Thank you for the highly enjoyable read, and I hope to read more of your work in the future.

Your portrayal of the characters, past and present, was very believable, and I am always on the lookout for stories that develop Inuyasha's character WELL. A lot of good tension and emotion, and I liked that even though I knew (roughly) what had happened, I still felt a sense of discovery as Inuyasha and Kagome figured it out (and there were a few small surprises in there too). Plus, I'm also a sucker for a happy ending--especially after so much angst! I know you said this would probably be your only fanfic, but I would definitely read any more you wrote (especially if they're Inu/Kag!) Thanks for writing!
