This story is alright, and I was really enjoying it in the beginning. It was fast paced and flowed along nicely without getting too dull. But now it has slowed in pace considerable and I get the feeling that you are trying to drag this fic out as long as possible. I really do not think two point of views is really necessary for 'every' situation between the two. If you are a good writer, which I know you are, you should be able to show everything you need to with just one person's view. I am only saying this because it gets irritating to have to recap a situation over and over again just to see how 'Duo' reacted to it, or how 'Heero' took this. I know you are trying to show how they are constantly misreading things, but we could also get this point and not have to sit through repeated scenes over and over again.
I do enjoy this series though. But I recommend to anyone to wait till it is finished before starting to read or read any more, for the chapters are not very fulfilling and are constant cliffhangers. |

...okay, I'm a liar. I'm loving it. After all, we don't want everything to smooth out between Duo and Heero right away, do we? We wanna torture 'em first! I may sound like a sadist, but I'm sure people agree with me.

Oh, and on that one-shot you did, I forgot to add something. It's not that bad having a disability. Sure, you get frustrated with it, especially if you haven't had it your whole life..but you get used to it, you live with it..it becomes a part of you. It has its ups and downs...but it's not that bad. o_o

It's Heero isn't it? I just know it is, you seem to be setting up for that and it just seems right.
Fei would be too obvious a choice but Heero would really throw Duo for a loop. ACK! I have to get off but write more really really soon!!!!!!!!!!

I diden't think you where going to post something today ..It was geting late it is now 11:00 pm here in Waco, Texas thats where I live... I haven't reviewed in a while, but I am so pleased to see so many updates!
I think you've done a marvelous job by using the alternating POVs. You've shown Heero's struggle with recurring memories at the worst possible times, as well as his remembering his relationship with Duo, and Duo's previous attempts to get closer.
And Duo's own stubbornness, requiring Heero to make the next move, is quite understandable.
I look forward to seeing their reunion now that Duo is conscious. |
