Just recently, I have discovered this fic on AFF.net, and I read the first nine chapters there. I was really glad, when I discovered it here and saw that it was already finished. I read all the remaining chapters in one day, and I have to say that this story is truly a masterpiece! It's one of the most impressive and moving fanfictions that I have ever read! It made me cry more than one time, especially the death of Marik and Jounouchi came totally unexpected for me, and the ending was a bit sad, too... Nonetheless, it's a very beautiful story and I love it! Please, keep up the great work! ^_^

you had a bit of touble with tenses in this fic. but! you made me cry, so therefore you are awesome ^_^ no telling though!

OMG, I love it! All of it! It is making me cry and I love it! I have loved this fic all along from the start, and I'm kind of sad it's over. I wish there was more, more to it than this. But It has to end sometime. You are a really good writer, no matter what anyone says! Always believe that. You have made wonderful charecters, plots, plot twists, descriptions, and you updated a lot! I'm adding you to my list of favorite authors!

yay! I finally found to epilogue that my comp swallowed! but poor ryou is still a little upset...I loved this part: "A thief with his lover has returned, and is hoping to find his conscience…" !!! ooo u write the best! :)

Oh, LOVELY! Simply lovely! Thanks for telling me about the epilogue! Fantastic! I loved that little message Bakura sent Ryou! Incredible, sweet, and clever! Still happy, and realistic! Beautiful! I can't even express my feelings in words! This is the most beautiful, brilliant tale I've ever heard!

I think I foprgot to mention that I thought it was an absolutely beautiful, brilliant, amazing, astonishing, heart-breaking, terrific, touching, outstanding, DEFINITELY not-cheesy, creative, award-winning, etc...... story that should definitely win the contest!!!

(Rating would be higher if I could put it that way...) I didn't review the last chappie cuz it took too long. I'll review here! so... ch. 22-->Aww, man, it was so sad! OMG, you almost made me cry! ch.23-->In a way, your ending with the two saying they really loved each other...you know what I mean, well, I think I might've preferred it if you didn't had the hentai. But the idea that they both lived and loved each other was a fantastic idea! And that little ending sentence was perfect too! A wonderful story with an ending that shows the hardships of life and the happiness in it! Great job! Characters great, setting great, plot great, etc... Hope you continue to write!

*sob, whimper, crycry...* I wish Jounouchi didn't have to die...well, I have to admit that the pairing with Bakura and Malik wasn't too much of a surprise. I think it might've been improved if it came more gradually, like maybe you would put in that they would stay together, and only hint of the match. So Ryou's the healer now! That seems to work quite well! I'm glad in a way Shizuka seems to have finally grown up. Lemme read on!

Absolute perfection. This fic has got to be one of the most beautifully written....hell, just overall most beautiful fic I have ever read. I can't really express how much I loved this fic with words...all I have to say, is that 10 is hardly a high enough rating. *huggles everyone, including the author* I know I've said it before, but don't you ever stop writing. (please update your other fics! ^ ^)

This was....amazing...there is no more words to describe how absolutely brilliant this story was! The ending was perfect as well, and im so glad that everything turned out for the best and wasnt at all cliche.
