I suppose it would have been better if I reviewed Ch 13 on Friday the 13th...oh well. Great job with this chapter. I love that it focused on Aoshi and explained his motivation for doing what he does. Soujiro was a little prick, glad Aoshi strangled some sense into him! Kaoru was a sweetheart as usual and I enjoy seeing the love between her and Aoshi because I adore both of their characters. She's sweet and Aoshi is brooding and sexy. There was a lot of action in this chapter. It was great to see Aoshi foil Soujiro's attempts to rob him, I really got a kick out of that! The Shishio Yumi scene was nice as well. They have a really twisted relationship, just like in the series. But its kind of sweet because they really do love one another. Yumi is a nice person, but her love for Shishio...or Karl I guess, often blinds her. I'm glad she's opened her eyes! Fantastic job here! Sorry to hear your brain dried up on ideas for your vampire fic, I loved Aoshi's character in that...hehe. Geez...I'm totally obsessed with him and you write him so well! I love that you give him so much depth!

Welcome back! Awesome come-back chapter! I like how you are slowly introducing all of the characters from RK. You got to see how Aoshi really feels about his father more so than the other chapters...Another Brilliant chapter as always! Update when you get a chance and I hope everything is going well with your personal life! I will keep you and your family in my prayers =D

Your writing is soo great...I would wait years for another chapter..(hopefully its not that long) but I would still wait. Take the time you need and concentrate on your family...All your views will still be here when you return (well at least me) =) Take care and God bless!

I was totally fooled...thought it was an update. I'm sure your son will have a good time in Japan and I'll keep the other military men in your family in my thoughts. Best of luck with all that! I'm excited about my childhood best friend coming back next month from his two year stay in Japan with the marines...he's only been there for a year....but still.

Well I certainly didn't see that coming! I liked the little Kaoru/Aoshi scene. I hate this Becca from his past. His past before Kaoru should cease to exist. Now...the Kenshin/Misao...I actually found it hilliarious. I can not imagine a man spanking a woman though. Seriously, she should have grabbed hold of his crotch and twisted. That would have stopped him. Their scene was pretty sweet though.

Squee~ Why would anyone flame you for this chapter? It's so... I dunno. The word isn't coming to me. Misao and Kenshin make a good pair in terms of plot. It'll be lots of fun to read about them (and their arguments XD) Thanks for the great fic. ^_^

This is absolutely one of the best fics I have ever read in my entire life!!!! I have not laughed so much during a story in such a long time. Your plot, characters, and basically the entire story line is ingenious!!! I really hope you do not leave it like this because that would just be plain cruel. Update as soon as possible please!!!! [=
