Please accept my sympathies. Life just loves to throw those tricky curve-balls at you, whether your ready or not. *big hugs* -- I almost feel guilty for enjoying this chapter so much. Beeing trapped into watching a questionable movie with a curious Gin must be like some kind of torture for Cain. I think he handled her questions rather well, but having all those thoughts racing around his head with her snuggled up close has gotta be hell on his control. I had to giggle, (ick, tongue??) and I remember wondering about those things myself. Poor overly-sheltered young hanyou. I'm surprised, with as adorable as Gin is, that she didn't have at least a few more-determined suitors. Even other youkai that were driven to have some kind of connection to the Inu no Taisho. Sure, InuYasha and the boys would be just as quick to hand them their walking papers, but I would have guessed that there had been at least one that wouldn't take no for an answer...for a while. Oh, well...if there was, Gin obviously never knew about one. Yet more proof of how sheltered she is. (I think I'm rambling...) Great chapter and Take Care!

This story is really taking off now. :) I love that you're going for the two romances at once. I still prefer Kichiro and Belle's, but this last chapter with Cain and Gin was very sweet. Can't wait to see the next one.

Oh Sue, loved it!! I think that my favorite part was "see how many marshmellows you can fit in your mouth." It takes me back to last year when a few of my girlfriends and I went on a road trip to meet up with a couple other friends at the beach... but yes, we played a fun game called Chubby Bunny where you see how many marshmellows you can fit in your mouth. End Result= lots of marshmellow goo all over the interior of my then new car.. he he he he. It was well worth it. I LOVED this chapter! Loved the whole man/woman whore issue brought up. Hopefully some guy readers read that and were re-educated and at least made to think about things, haha. Yey, it looks like they might be taking a step in the right direction--- only 098459048403284 more steps to go, lol. Great job; I enjoyed!!! --Aitu

LMAO! That's gotta be some kinda record. My, my...Kich is quite possessive-er-protective isn't he? Flipping out because Belle wasn't there when he woke up. - Cocoa can be romantic...hell, watching wrestling on tv (ick) can be romantic when you're with the right person. But the "truth or dare" was an eye-opener. I still can't get over Kich's tally, and now he's all upset because she confessed to a measly 3. Gee, that good old double standard just keeps popping up, especially when you have a chauvinistic male around. They still have strong male/female do's and don't's in Japan so it's not too surprising coming from Kich, but Belle is a product of the U.S. and won't take that kind off guff. "What's good for the goose is good for the gander." *sigh* Now he's gone a ruined the mood...again. His 'baka' gene is showing. He hurt her - badly - and he needs to get a handle on how he deals with her. He's usually the calm one yet he blows up with the least provocation at her. Hello! Get a clue Mr. Smartypants. With all those *cough* women, how many did you yell at? Hmm? (LoL - well, there will be a little more yelling when he realizes he's going to be in technicolor for a while longer!)

I just finished reading the first three Purities and what you have posted of Purity 4. I would just like to let you know that they are wonderful. You have a real gift for writing and making your characters seem alive. I'd just like to assure you that K/I pairing is used so often cause it's so perfect, and others who think differently don't have to read your writings (code for please don't remove anything 'cause I plan on reading all of them). Okay, enough with the gushing. One question has been plaguing me since the whole cooking thing came up. Is Ryo learning to cook b/c Nezumi said they could have pups if Ryo could learn to cook b/c the pups couldn't eat take out all the time? Just something that seemed like it could have happened off the wall, and he took it seriously. Anyways, thanks for the great stories!

To Kichiro: Woah, Way to go Kich!... Put your foot in your mouth any further, and you'll need a proctologist to remove it. *slaps Kich in the back of the head* Kichiro no baka... To Sueric: Thanks for bringing us another wonderful chapter. I'm surprised to see that Kich is THAT much of a man-whore though. If he were human, he probably would have every STD known to man, and probably a few that arent! :P Keep up the good work.
