Yay, a chapter where Kichiro doesn't come off as a jerk! :) Of course, while his intentions are no doubt good--after all, she SHOULD learn how to defend herself--fighting lessons are like, the classic sexual tension builder. Can't wait!

This chapter made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside, but interestingly enough it wasn't the kiss that did it, it was the interaction between Belle and Kich. There was something about how the whole thing played out. He took what would have been a disaster earlier on and turning it into something good for both of them. Teaching herself defense is about one of the sweetest things he could do. I love how they are able to assert who they are and both be strong individuals and still look like a couple absolutely in love.

wow...just wow! That kiss was just...beautiful! I just love the way you write scenes like that, it all seems so magical and just beautiful - just like how a kiss like that should be. Just the words and phrasing that you use to describe such a tender moment make it seem to come alive and it's truly amazing. heh, i'm so excited that they kissed again! ::happy sigh:: That was amazing. I loved the part with Kich and Belle too and with the sandwiches. It'll be interesting to see Kich training Belle! Well I need to go lay down, sorry this review is kind of on the short side. Beautiful chapter!

Let's face it; Cain never stood a chance of holding out against Gin. She's defeating his shadows without lifting a finger and he's understandably basking in the light. Who wouldn't? And Gin is right, sometimes 'cute' can be a curse when you want to be taken seriously. Everyone just pats you on the head, "awww..." and then walk away, ignoring that what you had to say had real value and thought behind it. Everyone treats Gin as the 'baby girl' they all call her. I wonder where she can get some 'Vamping' lessons? LOL I think Daddy would blow another ass-gasket over that. -- Well, Kich is using Belle's debt to him to teach her some self-defense. Sneaky (oviously taking lessons from his mother, hehe) but a good plan. If nothing else, it will ease his conscience about letting her go home alone before. He's going from "Doctor" to "Teacher" - hmm...their both called "Sensei", it's all good! Peanutbutter & marshmallow goo?!? LMAO

HAHAHA!!! Why... WHY did it not surprise me that Belle's color is PINK??? LOL!!! That's funny! I loved this chapter!!! Now, it's time for Belle and Kich to get a move on!!! But, I will have to say that I love the progress that those two are going through!!! You aren't rushing anything, nor are you taking things so slow that it bores your readers!! That's one of the many great things about you! I was just reviewing because i just caught up with your stories and though I hate to bring it back up again, I'm sorry to hear about your sister's BF... that's just so awful... I know what it's like to lose someone, for I lost my great grandmother earlier this year and her death left us sad, but her cause of death scares me, personally, the most out of my family. I sent a prayer out for him and you, and I just wanted to say that briefly... on a more happier note though, I have a question... Belle is 17? And Gin is 25? Ok, so how old are IY, Kags, Sierra, Toga and their kids, Ryo and Kich? And did Rin and Shippou have kids? I need ages!!! I get so confused!!! AHHHHH!!! Help!!! Great chappie... *sigh* can't wait for more! PS~ Do you have recommendations for stories?? IY fanfics???

That was a beautifully written moment between Cain and Gin. It was exactly what a first kiss should be like. This was one chapter that will stick with me for a long time.

Great chapter, as always. Lots of witty dialogue and a wonderful 'first' kiss description. Oh, and are we to assume that Cain really doesn't like peanut butter and he was just indulging his daughter? Once again, I sit here in amazement at your beautiful talent.
