Excellent job and great ending. I really did enjoy this story quite a bit. Sad to see it go but I suppose it had to end sometime or another. Now I'm just looking forward to your next ficcie. ^^

I too think that would be even this version of Jaken's Hell - a punishment that goes beyone death, the aloneness and lack of purpose...it would be devastating. Rin's disbelief at the casting aside of Jaken and its ramifications for her are also understandable from her point of view. And Sesshomeru realizing that he must discuss how he feels with Rin was impressive. Looking forward to your next chapter!

all i have to say is that you are a fantastic writer. I don't usually read stories with sesshomaru, but i couldn't stop reading urs. I hope you continue writing because i really feel that you have an understanding of the characters. You really bring them to light, instead of just using them as extensions of the manga. I think u are a very talented writer, and i would love to read more from you.

That was an excellent (albeit short) chapter! I thought everything was probably exactly how it would have been....well, maybe not, even though I think that jaken's punishment was cruel beyond reason for that particular character, I'm not so sure that in that fit of rage that sesshomaru wuld have been thinking all that clearly, and might have rendered him limb from limb. lol, but like I said, I think that his punishment was befitting, so no worries about that :) again, can't wait for the next chapter - and sesshomaru's plans for Rin.

I was wondering what Rin needed the rock for. How sweet! Good to see that Sess is *finally* getting over himself... somewhat... and Rin looks to be getting out of her confusion/self-pity funk (not that anyone can blame her.) This calls for make-up sex, don't you think? =^-^=

Yay! *dances* I've been waiting to see what Rin had been building in her room. And Jaken finally got what he deserved! (More violence would've been nice, but you definitely made it go along with Jaken and Sess' character, so that's even better.) I'm also glad to see Rin standing up for herself. Go Seta and her mighty wisdom! Now I can't wait to see what Sess does. Marry her maybe? Do something so outrageous I will be completely shocked? XD Most likely the latter. Well, it was an excellent update, as usual, but I fear that this story is getting close to its end. *sniffs* That makes me sad inside...

*smiles* Just forget all of what I said..lol I was being stupid. Anyway, I loved this chapter. It perfectly sets up the conclusion (If this is it)and I'm really looking forward to see what Sesshomaru does. I agree with you in that I think it was a good punishment for Jaken. But I'd still like to see a little more justice done to him. ;)

On the contrary... I thought this chapter was absolutely perfect in every way. I can't think of anything that would have been better. *smiles softly* And the fact Sesshomaru told him if he chose to kill himself, he'd bring him back and force him to live out his life in exile... it was brilliant. You were so right by doing it. I love it. I truly do. I'm so happy with the chapter, and I don't think there's any way I can express exactly how much. Good job ^_^.

I was so happy when I saw your update in my inbox that I put everything on hold an read the next chapter.
