WHOA!!!! Talk about an abrupt end to the chapter. I felt like the coyote when he realized he had just run off the edge of a clif. =D And yes, the Soul of Ice is a canon tenchnique in the anime as well. And it's actually a product of ones ki being calm as opposed to generated by anger, rage, or any aggressive thoughts. It also has a calming effect on the users emotions, which I'm assuming is how you intended it with big brother. On other things, Akane's last statment is way over the top there, even considering Ranma coming unglued on her. However, I'll chalk it up to artistic license. Just so you know, most portrayals of a psychotic Akane in fanfiction are gross exaggerations. Great job on the last couple of chapters though. I'm looking forward to the next one. Calamity

The soul of ice technique actually isn't fannon. It is in the manga as it is used for the hiryuu shoten ha technique. one must first learn to keep calm and also keep their aura down at very cool temperatures. so no it isn't fannon at all, you should read the manga and watch the anime.

haha well i cant wait til they hear the whole story. it would be even more interesting if cologne entered and maybe contributed her info as well, no? heh. and then at least shampoo would drop out. but meh. haha or maybe haapousai might know something?

I figured Ranma's actions were because of something along those lines. If the NWC isn't careful, one or more of them is going to end up dead. I love Happi's comment at the end.

Woot!! A new chapter! And I *really* loved this one (like I dislike any of your other chapters, right? ;p )! Starting off the chapter by underlining how Kagome and Ranma's relationship has gone was PERFECT! I also liked seeing the remorse on Ranma's part for hurting Akane (though I'm still worried about her for other reasons). It just shows how honorable he really is, which is amazing considering how he was raised. I am just a little surprised that neither none of the people in Nabiki's pictures (Shippou, Sesshoumaru, Kagome and Ranma himself) noticed that she was hanging around. Of course, they might have, and just let her take (most) of the pictures. Do I sense an upcoming argument (battle) in the next chapter, perhaps? Shoule be interesting. **grins** Anyway, really wonderful chapter, and I can't wait until your next update.

Uh, just one thing. University uniform? I've never heard of any university or college requiring a uniform, outside of some the very strict religious schools here in the states.
