I am so mad at MM.org right now... how come I'm not getting a notification when you update this story is beyond me! And I check your profile just about everyday... well onto the story. You know what is so great about this piece? That you have managed to write FOUR chapters with no smut. I know, I'm a all out pro smut gal; but sometimes a good story, and in your case a GREAT story doesn't have to be told with tons of smut. I am turly loving it right now! You creative style is caliber, and you should be proud. Gee, I wonder who's going to be the next victim... and with Rukia and Ichigo paired off anything is bound to happen. Well, that's my two cents... until next update, ja ne!

Tituba, OMG you have me reeling! My heart is palpitating! You have no idea how many mysteries and dectective novels I have already read... I'm so happy to say that your current chapter is comparable in quality to the works of some of the great suspense thrillers and noir on my bookshelf. Sam Spade, move over and make space for... Detective Kurosaki? :) If you ever plan on going on to writing professionally I seriously suggest the mystery genre. You really have the feel for this!

"Compassion and grief are actual human emotions, you should try them out Kurosaki." Another brilliant one-liner! I'm so glad you've found the time to update this story. I'm SO excited about it. You pulled off things I would never have imagined for myself -- Ishida as the M.E., Matsumoto as an undercover cop, and Kenpachi as a Ichigo's boss!!! Just fantastic. Don't worry too much about developing the plot slowly and not throwing in the sex right away -- your writing is so good your readers are happy (at least I am!) Besides, sometimes developing the tension slowly makes the final hentai chapters more hot and heavy, right? :) Keep up the great work!

Yay! An update! I don't know why I'm not getting any emails when you update any of your material... I haven't gotten any updates from any stories i have in my faves in the last year. Well, back to the story! I loved the line, "You see stars when you in Hollywood"! And wow... Rukia choked Ichigo's ass out bad. I see the tension between them is thick; I can only imgaine what will happen when they start working on the case together (against her Lou's instrucions, of course.) I'm loving it, until next update, caio!!!

Woweee! This is a super start to a great epic girl! I'm sorry I couldn't have been your first reviewer, yet again. I check your profile everyday in hopes of a update, I must have just missed it. Well anyway... I love the descriptions of how Byakuya's throat looked... yucky!!! I love AU's that revolve around the police element... especially how this one is told like they are in the NYC police. I simply cannot wait to see how this story goes... but I know school comes frist so I will paitently wait for the next update! Take care, and once again good story!

I'm not a big fan of AU but since your writing is superb, and I love crime fiction, I decided to give this a chance. I'm glad to tell you I was not disappointed! Of course Byakuya could only be murdered like that in a parallel universe. :P The tension of your narrative is palpable and hardboiled. I hope you get to find time to continue this fantastic beginning. Rukia and Ichigo as detectives sends shivers down my spine. And I'm crossing my fingers that Hitsugaya makes a cameo as their Boss Chief, or something -- he's the one character in Bleach who has real deductive reasoning :)
